국문 초록

폐광지역법의 시행으로 폐광지역에서 발생하는 지역경제의 성과를 산업연관표의 경제적 파급효과를 통해 분석하였다 연구 결과는 다음과 같다 1) 강원지역은 평균 생산유발효과는 3,440억 원이고 평균 부가가치유발효과는 1,420억 원이고 평균 취업유발효과는 1,979명이다 2)충남지역은 평균 생산유발효과는 250억 원이고 평균 부가가치유발효과는 100억 원이고 평균 취업유발효과는 139명이다 3)경북지역은 평균 생산유발효과 390억 원이고 평균 부가가치유발효과는 160억 원이고 평균 취업유발효과는 227명이다 4)전남지역의 평균 생산유발효과는 220억 원이고 평균 부가가치유발효과는 90억 원이고 평균 취업유발효과는 136명이다 연구의 정책적 시사점은 폐광지역의 강력한 랜드마크 역할을 할 수 있는 관광산업이 개발과 폐광지역법이 지원하는 자금을 효율적으로 집행하고 운영할 수 있는 방안이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The results of the local economy occurring in the abandoned mine area due to the enforcement of the Abandoned Mine Area Act were analyzed through the economic ripple effect of the input-output model. The study results are as follows. 1) In Gangwon, the average production inducement effect is KRW 444 billion, the average value-added inducement effect is KRW 142 billion, and the average employment inducement effect is 1,979 people. 2) In Chungnam region, the average production inducement effect is KRW 25 billion, the average value-added effect is KRW 10 billion, and the average employment inducement effect is 139 people. 3) Gyeongbuk region has an average production inducement effect of KRW 39 billion, an average value-added effect of KRW 16 billion, and an average employment inducement effect of 227 people. 4) The average production inducement effect in Jeollanam-do is 22 billion KRW, the average value-added inducement effect is 9 billion KRW, and the average employment inducement effect is 136 people. The policy implications of the study are that the tourism industry, which can serve as a strong landmark in the abandoned mine area, needs to develop an organizational system that can efficiently execute and operate the funds supported by the Abandoned Mine Area Act.
