초고령사회의 노인을 위한 비대면커뮤니티 콘텐츠에 대한 연구

국문 초록

한국은 급격하게 고령자 인구가 늘어 2026년에는 20.8%로 초고령사회로 진입하고 있다. 사회적, 경제적 시스템이 미흡하고 노인의 다양한 집단을 위한 노인복지 서비스 공급도 매우 부족하다. 또한, 코로나 19로 인해 갑작스러운 언택트로 위기에 처한 노인들의 비대면 커뮤니티 참여를 돕기 위한 디지털 커뮤니티 콘텐츠를 도출하고 가이드라인을 제안하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구는 2019년 이후의 문헌을 통해 노인 커뮤니티 문제점과 코로나19 시대 이후의 변화 현황을 분석하였다. 국내외 사례를 대면에서 비대면으로 변화된 현황에 대해 분석하여 현 시점에서의 문제점을 찾고자 하였고 이해관계자 맵을 정의해 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 여정을 기준으로 페인포인트를 도출하고 HWM를 제안하여 인사이트를 수립하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 노인에게 알맞은 가이드라인 제안과 비대면 커뮤니티를 제안하여 노인의 우울감을 해소할 수 있는 프로그램을 제시하여 나온 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 코로나19로 인해 디지털 디바이스의 사용시간은 늘었지만 조작이 어려워 쉬운 설명의 가이드라인을 제시하고 두 번째, 사회적 거리두기로 인해 외출이 어려워 비대면으로 무료함을 해소할 수 있는 친구들과의 비대면 만남, 자연과 함께 할 수 있는 가상 숲 산책을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Korea is entering a super-aged society at 20.8% in 2026, as the population of the elderly has increased rapidly. The social and economic systems are insufficient, and the supply of welfare services for the elderly for various groups is also very insufficient. It also aims to propose digital community content to help elderly people in crisis participate in the non-face-to-face community due to sudden untact due to COVID-19. This study analyzed the problems of the elderly community in the super-aged society and the status of changes after the COVID-19 era through literature after 2019. By analyzing the current status of domestic and foreign cases changed from face-to-face to non-face-to-face, we tried to find problems at this point, and interviews were conducted by defining stakeholder maps. Paint points were derived based on the journey and HWM was proposed to establish insights. Through this study, the conclusions that suggested a program to relieve the depression of the elderly by proposing guidelines suitable for the elderly and non-face-to-face communities are as follows. First, although the usage time of digital devices has increased due to COVID-19, guidelines for an easy explanation were presented, and secondly, non-face-to-face meetings with friends who can relieve boredom due to social distancing, and virtual forest walks with nature.
