시노달리타스 실현을 위한 본당 사목 방향 연구

국문 초록

본 논문은 제2차 바티칸 공의회의 친교 교회론을 바탕으로 교회 쇄신을 위한 중심적 화두로 논의되고 있는 ‘시노달리타스’(Synodalitas)에 대해 집중한다. 사목에 있어서 경청과 대화의 필요성과 함께 공동체적 식별을 통한 시노달리타스의 길은 프란치스코 교황의 강론과 문헌에서 핵심으로 언급되듯이 제삼천년기의 교회를 위한 필수적 요소이기 때문이다. 여기에 프란치스코 교황의 하느님백성에 대한 개념의 재소환과 함께 단순히 민주 절차 방식과는 다른 교회적 친교 개념 속에서의 공동합의적인 교회 실현에 대한 노력은, 본당 공동체가 생활하고 행동하는 방식에 대한 교회론적이고 사목적인 인식의 필요성과 쇄신을 가져온다. 특히 시노달리타스는 제16차 세계주교대의원회의(2021.10-2023.10)의 핵심 주제로 우리 교회가 신중하게 논의하고 앞으로의 사목 방향을 모색해야 하는 과제이다. 따라서 본 논문은 『교회의 삶과 사명 안에서 공동합의성』에 제시되는 시노달리타스의 개념과 그 신학적 뿌리를 살펴보고 본당 안(본당 사목 평의회)에서의 시노달리타스 실현을 위한 사목 지침과 태도에 대해 알아본다. 아울러 본당활성화 방안으로 차동엽 신부가 제시한 『EP-1234』를 통해 시노달리타스의 원리에 접근한 사목 방안에 대해 살펴본다. 끝으로 이 두 문헌을 종합하여, 오늘날 본당 생활에서 ‘함께 걸어가는 길’인 시노달리타스에 전제되는 필수 요소를 검토하고 그 실현을 위한 사목 방향을 모색한다.

영문 초록

Based on the ecclesiology of communion of Vatican Council II, this study focused on ‘Synodalitas’, which is discussing as an important topic for the Church renewal. Because It is the essential element for the Church of the 3rd consecutive years; Pope Francis mentioned the necessities of communication with careful listening in pastoral, the way to “synodalitas’ through communal discernment as the core in his homily and documents. With recalling the concept of God’s People by Pope Francis, the effort for the realization of ‘Synodalitas’ Church in the concept of Church communal, which is different from the simple democratic way, brings the renewal and the necessity of Church’s pastoral and ecclesiological recognition of the way of the parish life and doing. Especially, ‘Synodalitas’ is the main subject of “the 16th World Bishop Synod”(Oct. 2021-Oct. 2023), and also is our Church’s assignment that has to discuss carefully and to seek for the future pastoral direction. Hence, this study examined the concept of ‘Synodalitas’ presented in “The Synodalitas in Church’s life and mission” and itstheological root, then look into the pastoral guideline and attitude for the realization of ‘Synodalitas’ in the parish pastoral council. Also, examine the pastoral way approached to the principle of ‘Synodalitas’ through the “EP-1234”, which was presented by Fr. Cha, Dong-Yeop as the way of parish revitalization. Lastly, collected these two documents, reviewed the essential elements prerequisite for the ‘Synodalitas’, “the way along with” in current parish life, and search for the pastoral direction for it.
