변증법적 행동치료(DBT) 양성평등 교육프로그램이 청년의 다면성별의식 변화에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 변증법적 행동치료(DBT) 양성평등 교육프로그램이 청년들의 다면성별의식 변화에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 실시되었다. 변증법적 행동치료를 기반으로 개발된 양성평등 교육프로그램의 참여자는 경기도 Y시의 20, 30대 청년 총 20명을 선정하여 실험집단과 비교집단에 할당하고, 실험집단엔 4주 동안 8회기의 프로그램을 진행하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 실험집단에서 적대적 성별의식, 온정적 성별의식, 전통적 성차별주의, 현대적 성차별주의, 한국형 남녀평등의식, 강간통념수용에 대한 태도는 감소되었고, 신성차별주의, 여성에 대한 태도는 증가되었다. 반면, 통제집단에서 적대적 성별의식, 온정적 성별의식, 전통적 성차별주의, 신성차별주의, 현대적 성차별주의, 한국형 남녀평등의식, 강간통념수용에 대한 태도 모두 감소되었지만, 여성에 대한 태도는 변화가 없었다. 둘째, 두 집단의 사후검사에 대한 공분산분석을 실시한 결과, 온정적 성별의식, 여성에 대한 태도는 실험집단이 통제집단에 비해 높은 것으로 나타났고, 전통적 성차별주의, 강간통념수용은 실험집단이 통제집단에 비해 낮았으며, 이러한 차이는 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 변증법적 행동치료 양성평등 교육프로그램의 교육적 효과를 선행연구의 결과와 비교하여 논의하고, 청년들의 다면성별의식 변화를 위한 후속 연구를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of the Dialectical Behavior Therapy(DBT) gender equality education program on the change of multifaceted gender consciousness among young people. Participants in the gender equality education program developed based on Dialectical Behavior Therapy selected a total of 20 young men in their 20s and 30s from Y city of Gyeonggi-do and assigned them to the experimental and comparison groups, and to the experimental group, 8 sessions for 4 weeks of the program was conducted. As a result of the study, first, in the experimental group, the attitude toward hostile gender consciousness, compassionate gender consciousness, traditional sexism, modern sexism, Korean gender equality consciousness, and acceptance of rape myths decreased. has been increased. On the other hand, In the control group, the attitude toward hostile gender consciousness, compassionate gender consciousness, traditional sexism, sexism, modern sexism, Korean gender equality consciousness, and acceptance of rape myths decreased, but there was no change in attitude toward women. Second, as a result of covariance analysis of the post-tests of the two groups, it was found that the experimental group had higher gender consciousness and attitude toward women than the control group, Traditional sexism and acceptance of rape myths were found to be lower in the experimental group than in the control group, and this difference was found to be statistically significant. Based on these results, the educational effect of the Dialectical Behavior Therapy, gender equality education program was compared with the results of previous studies and discussed, and a follow-up study was proposed to change the multifaceted gender consciousness of young people.
