대학생의 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로탄력성의 관계에서 진로소명의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로탄력성의 관계에서 진로소명의 매개효과가 나타나는지를 알아보기 위함이다. 이를 위해 A특별시, G광역시, J도 소재의 대학생 317명(남학생 142명, 여학생 175명)을 임의표집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0을 사용하여 Pearson 상관분석, 회귀분석과 Baron과 Kenney의 매개분석을 실시하였다. 주요 분석 결과 첫째, 대학생의 진로결정자기효능감이 높을수록 진로탄력성이 높게 나타났고, 진로소명이 높을수록 진로탄력성이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 진로소명이 대학생의 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로탄력성의 관계에서 부분 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 진로탄력성을 증진시키는 과정에서 진로소명의 중요성과 의미를 논하였고, 본 연구의 제한점과 향후 연구를 위한 제언을 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine whether the Career Calling has mediating effects on the relationship between Career Decision Self-Efficacy and Career Resilience of college students. This study was conducted on 317 college students(142 male and 175 female students) were randomly sampled in A, G, and J cities. in A special city, G Metropolitan city, J city. The collected data were analyzed using Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis and the median regression analysis of Baron and Kenney using SPSS 22.0. The result showed First, high Career Decision Self-Efficacy was related with Career Resilience and high Career Calling was related with Career Resilience. Secondly, Career Calling has been shown to mediate Career Decision Self-Efficacy and Career Resilience. Based on these results, we discussed the significance and meaning of Career Call in the process of improving Career Resilience, and suggested limitations of this study and suggestions for future research.
