국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 개인이 가정에서 원하는 재료를 이용해 다양한 전통주를 빚고 이를 공유하는 방식으로, 단절된 전통적 가양문화를 현대화하여 되살림에 있다. 이를 위해 가양 문화의 배경과 전통적 술 제조 과정을 알아보고 이를 현대화하기 위해 요구되는 현대인의 니즈를 분석하여 제품의 주 기능을 선정하였으며, 제품과 연동되는 애플리케이션을 디자인하여 더욱 편리한 사용자 경험을 제공하는데 초점을 맞추었다. 정보 수집 과정에서는 전통주에 대한 학술자료와 서적 외에도 전통주 제조 명인을 방문하여 직접 제조 과정을 관찰함으로써 디테일한 부분까지 니즈를 도출할 수 있었으며, 이를 통해 제품의 주 기능을 선정한 후 현대 가전제품에 사용되고 있는 기술을 차용하여 제품의 구현 가능성을 확보했다. 본 연구는 번거로운 기존의 전통주 제조방식을 간편화하여 누구나 쉽게 술을 만들 수 있으며, 개개인의 다양한 취향에 따라 원하는 재료를 이용한 커스텀주를 제조할 수 있고, 연동된 애플리케이션을 통해 이를 공유함으로써 전통주의 명맥을 현대적으로 이어갈 수 있음에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This paper is to modernize and revive traditional culture which has been disconnected for long by making and sharing diverse traditional liquor using materials desired by individuals at home. Accordingly, the main function of the product was selected by analysing the needs of the modern people who are required to understand the traditional alcohol manufacturing system and its background. In order to provide a more convenient user experience respectively, application linked with the product was also designed. In addition to the academic materials and books on traditional liquor, the information collection process was able to derive the requirements up to the detailed point by visiting the master of traditional liquor and observing the manufacturing process. After selecting the main features of the product from the derived insights, the potential of the product implementation has been secured by applying the technology used in existing modern home appliances. The ultimate goal of this study is to modernize the tradition by providing simplified traditional liquor manufacturing methods making it easy for anyone to make liquor and customize using ingredients according to their various tastes and share them on the application with other users.
