국문 초록

본 연구는 예술경영, 변혁적 리더십 유형과 인지도에 관한 선행연구를 바탕으로 정량분석기법을 적용해 학계에 나타난 예술경영의 변혁적 리더십과 이슈를 살펴보고, 인지도에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 연구하였다. 자료의 분석은 모든 문항에 대한 기초통계분석은 물론, 각각의 척도 구성에 사용된 개별 측정변수의 타당성과 이 측정변수들이 잠재변수를 일관되게 구성하는지의 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 그리고 예술경영인지도, 변혁적 리더십에 해당하는 잠재변수 간의 인과적 영향을 검증하는 회귀분석으로 가설 채택 여부를 제시하였다. 기본적 조사대상자의 인구통계학적 특성은 빈도분석으로 정리하였다. 각 측정 문항 간의 신뢰도를 검증하기 위해 내적 일관성 계수인 Cronbach’α를 이용하였다. 또한, 각 잠재변인 간의 관계요인은 상관분석을 실시하였으며 회귀분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 이를 통해 가설 검증에서 도출된 분석결과를 종합하면 다음과 같다. ‘예술경영 인지도는 변혁적 리더십 유형에 정(+)에 영향을 미칠 것이다.’라는 가설에서 예술경영 인지도(β=. 294, P<.001)는 변혁적 리더십에 정(+)에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타나 예술경영 인지도는 변혁적 리더십 유형에 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증 결과 확인되었다.

영문 초록

Based on previous studies on arts management and transformational leadership types and awareness, this study applied quantitative analysis techniques to examine the transformational leadership and issues of arts management that appeared in academia, and focused on their impact on awareness. The data analysis verified not only basic statistical analysis for all questions, but also the validity of individual measurement variables used in each scale configuration and the reliability of whether these measurement variables consistently constitute latent variables. In addition, it was suggested whether the hypothesis was adopted as a regression analysis to verify the causal influence between latent variables corresponding to arts management awareness and transformational leadership. The demographic characteristics of the basic survey subjects were summarized by frequency analysis. Cronbach’α, an internal consistency coefficient, was used to verify the reliability between each measurement item. In addition, correlation analysis was performed on the relational factors between each latent variable, and the hypothesis was verified through regression analysis. Through this, the analysis results derived from hypothesis testing are summarized as follows. Under the hypothesis that ‘awareness of arts management will have a positive (+) effect on the type of transformational leadership’, the perception of arts management (β=.294, P<.001) has a positive (+) effect on transformational leadership. As a result of the verification, it was confirmed that arts management awareness had a positive (+) effect on all types of transformational leadership.
