국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교육현장에서 다양한 테크노 기기를 사용하는 유아교사들에게 발생할 수 있는 테크노스트레스와 스마트폰중독의 관계에서 자기통제력의 매개효과를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 D, K 지역의 유아교사 201명을 대상으로 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 테크노스트레스, 자기통제력과 스마트폰중독의 관계를 확인하기 위해 상관분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 유아교사가 지각한 테크노스트레스, 자기통제력과 스마트폰중독은 통계적으로 유의미한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사가 지각한 테크노스트레스와 스마트폰중독의 관계에서 자기통제력이 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 바탕으로 유아교사의 스마트폰중독에 대처하기 위한 함의를 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of self-control in the relationship between technostress and smartphone addiction that can occur in early childhood teachers using various techno devices in early childhood education. The subjects in this study were 201 early childhood teachers who work in D city and K city. Correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted to determine the relationship between the technostress, self-control and smartphone addiction. Results, First, Technostress of perceived by child care teachers, self-control and smartphone addiction of the perceived by the child care teacher were statistically significant. Second, self-control has a partial mediation effect in relation to the technostress and smartphone addiction of the director perceived by the child care teacher. Based on these research results, we discussed the implications for coping with the smartphone addiction the childcare teacher.
