자폐스펙트럼장애인 관련 마음챙김 기반 국외연구 동향분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 자폐스펙트럼장애인 관련 국외 마음챙김 기반 연구 동향을 키워드 네트워크 분석을 중심으로 분석하였다. PubMed, ScienceDirect와 Semantic Scholar 데이터베이스에서 2007년부터 2023년까지 발표된 연구 총 156편의 문헌을 선정하고, 주요 주제와 키워드 간의 관계를 시각화하여 분석했다. 연구 결과, 자폐스펙트럼장애인 관련 마음챙김 기반 연구에서 부모의 역할, 중재 방법, 스트레스 관리, 정서적 문제 해결과 사회적 기능향상 등이 주요 연구 주제로 나타났다. 특히, 마음챙김 기반 중재 방법은 자폐스펙트럼장애인의 스트레스와 불안을 감소시키고, 정서적 안정을 돕는데 효과적이었다. 더불어 부모와 상호작용을 중요시하는 중재 연구 주제가 가장 많이 도출되었다. 향후 자폐스펙트럼장애인 관련 대상의 특성에 따른 다양한 접근이 그들의 스트레스 관리, 정서적 지원 등 삶의 질 향상을 위해 심층 연구될 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze trends in international mindfulness-based studies focusing on individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related groups. A total of 156 studies published between 2007 and 2023 were selected from the PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Semantic Scholar databases. The study analyzed and visualized key themes and relationships among keywords. The results indicated that major themes in mindfulness-based studies on ASD and related groups included the role of parents, intervention methods, stress management, emotional problem-solving, and social functioning improvement. Notably, mindfulness-based interventions were found to be effective in reducing stress and anxiety while promoting emotional stability in individuals with ASD. Additionally, studies frequently highlighted the importance of parental involvement in interventions. Future studies should explore diverse, tailored approaches to enhance quality of life through stress management and emotional support for individuals with ASD and related groups.
