노인의 대인관계 만족도와 사회적 지지가 활동적 노화에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

노인의 다양한 참여 활동을 통하여 사회 통합과 건강한 노후를 영위하기 위한 활동적 노화에 관한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 노인의 활동적 노화에 대인관계 만족도와 사회적 지지가 미치는 영향과 노후 연령 인식의 조절 효과를 알아보고자하였다. 이를 위해 국민노후보장패널조사(KReIS) 7차 본 조사 및 부가조사를 결합하여 사용하였으며, 65세 이상 노인 3,754명의 자료를최종 분석 자료로 활용하였다. 연구 분석결과 첫째, 노인의 활동적 노화(건강⋅참여⋅안전) 구성요인 중 참여수준이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 대인관계 만족도와 사회적 지지는 전반적으로 보통 수준 이상으로 나타났고, 노후 연령 인식은 평균 69.1세로 나타났다. 특히 자녀가없는 노인의 물질적 지지와 활동적 노화 수준이 공통적으로 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 노년기 대인관계 만족도, 사회적 지지, 그리고 노후연령 인식이 높아질수록 활동적 노화 수준도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노후 연령 인식의 조절 효과 분석결과, 대인관계 만족도와사회적 지지 모두에서 유사한 조절 효과를 나타냈다. 즉, 노후 연령 인식이 낮은 노인 집단에서 대인관계 만족도와 사회적 지지 수준이높을수록 활동적 노화 수준이 더 가파르게 높아지는 결과를 보였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 사회복지의 실천적 접근 방안과정책적 제언을 제시하였다

영문 초록

There is increasing interest in active aging for social integration and healthy old age through various participation activities of the elderly. This study attempted to measure active aging in multidimensional areas in response to the aging of the population, and to investigate the effects of interpersonal satisfaction and social support, and the modulating effect of recognizing old age. In this study, the 7th main survey and the supplementary survey of the KReIS were combined and used. The data of 3,754 senior citizens aged 65 or older were finally analyzed for this study. As a result of the analysis, active aging consisted of health, participation, and safety, and the level of participation was the lowest among the elderly. Satisfaction with interpersonal relations and social support were generally above the average level, and the average age recognition in retirement was 69.1 years. The level of material support and active aging of the elderly without children was generally low. The higher the level of interpersonal satisfaction, social support, and retirement age transplantation in old age, the higher the level of active aging. The results of the analysis of the moderating effect of recognizing old age showed similar moderating effects in both interpersonal satisfaction and social support. In other words, the higher the level of interpersonal satisfaction and social support in the elderly group with low perception of old age, the higher the level of active aging was. Based on these research results, the practical approach of social welfare and policy suggestions are made.
