청대 器物 문화와 일상의 심미화

국문 초록

본 논문은 《紅樓夢》의 소설 텍스트와 《紅樓夢》 삽화 및 畵冊 그림 속의 기물 재현을 연구대상으로 하여 청대 기물문화의 문학적 변용과 소설 속 일상의 심미화 현상을 고찰하고자 한다. 일상의 심미적 대상이자 서사의 매개물로서 다양한 기물이 《紅樓夢》 속에서 서술되는 방식을 분석하고, 《紅樓夢》 텍스트와 도상에 묘사되는 기물이 문인들의 골동기물 기호와 어떠한 문화적 함의를 공유하며, 청대 기물문화의 문학적, 회화적 변용은 어떠한지를 살피는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이에 《紅樓夢》 속 기물 묘사 양상을 소설 속 ‘物目’의 나열, 지위와 취향을 드러내는 규방과 서재 기물, 심미적 일용기물로 나누어 고찰하여, ‘기물’이 《紅樓夢》 서사에서 갖는 의미와 특징을 탐구하고자 한다.

영문 초록

This study analyzes the three layers of literature-images-papers as the subjects of the reproduction of the objects depicted in The Dream of Red Chamber texts and illustrations, and analyzes how the objects are reproduced in the texts and images as everyday aesthetic objects. The purpose of this study is to examine what cultural implications these descriptions share with contemporary cultures, and what are the literary and pictorial transformations of material culture of Qing dynasty. Firstly, the concept of aesthetic objects appearing in The Dream of Red Chamber, classified into three types of objects for appreciation, daily necessities, and symbolic goods, and the effects of descriptions of articles as finished products on the aesthetic reading behavior, and the collection of the Qing royal family by examining the relation between hobbies and the descriptions of objects, I will analyze the reproduction of the objects in daily life and the aesthetics of everyday life. Second, on the basis of the analysis of the description of the texts of The Dream of Red Chamber and the comparative study of culture of Qing dynasty, the problems of reproduction of objects on The Dream of Red Chamber icon were analyzed based on the illustrations and paintings of The Dream of Red Chamber, which were drawn in the portraits of beauties in Ming and Qing dynasties. Compared with the description of antiquities, I would like to consider the image of intellectual women in the image with the combination of antique stationery and furniture.
