연관규칙을 적용한 통합 가옥 유형에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 연관규칙 분석을 적용하여 경남 촌락의 통합 가옥 유형과 분포를 분석하였다. 연구대상은 지붕 형태별로 58개, 지붕 재료별로 22개, 외벽 재료별로 52개 등 총 132개 가옥 유형이며, 전체 가옥, 빈집·살림집, 단층집· 복층집으로 구분하여 연구를 진행하였다. 데이터 마이닝 기법인 연관규칙 분석은 가옥에서 함께 사용되는 지붕 형태, 지붕 재료, 외벽 재료 간에 상호 연관된 규칙을 발견하여 통합 가옥 유형을 도출하는 데 결정적인 역할을 하였다. 통합 가옥 유형은 두 가지 이상의 개별 가옥 유형이 조합된 가옥 유형으로서 촌락가옥을 적실하게 살펴보는 분석 단위로 유용하였다. 세부적인 통합 가옥 유형을 지붕 형태-지붕 재료 유형, 지붕 재료-외벽 재료 유형, 지붕 형태-외벽재료 유형, 지붕 형태-지붕 재료-외벽 재료 유형으로 분류하였다. 통합 가옥 유형별로 분포의 특성을 분석한 결과, 개별 가옥 유형으로 살펴볼 때보다 공간적 패턴이 더 명확하게 나타났다. 그리고 빈집과 살림집의 분포를 통해서는정책적 시사점을 도출할 수 있었다. 경남 중북부와 남서부 내륙에서는 노후화된 가옥 유형의 분포가 많은 관계로 빈집화 가능성에 대비해서 개량 지원을 강화할 필요성이 있었다. 경남 북서부, 동부, 해안 지역에서는 살림집의 비중이 우세하게 나타났는데, 인구 정주와 신축 가옥과 관련되는 유형이라는 측면에서 살림집의 유형은 주거의 질적 향상을 위해 주목할 만한 가치가 있었다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the integrated housing types and distribution of rural housing in Gyeongsangnam-do by applying association rules. A total of 132 housing types were studied, including 58 for each roof shape, 22 for each roof material, and 52 for each outer wall material. The research was carried out according to total houses, empty & dwelling houses, and single-story & double-story houses. Association rules, a data mining technique, played a decisive role in extracting the integrated housing types by discovering the rules that are correlated between roof shapes, roof materials and outer wall materials used together in the house. The integrated housing type was a housing type in which two or more individual housing types were combined, and was useful as an analysis unit to examine rural housing properly. As a result of analyzing the distribution for each integrated housing type, the spatial pattern appeared more clear than those of individual housing types. In addition, policy implications could be derived through the distribution of empty and dwelling houses. There was a need to strengthen support for house improvement due to the large distribution of aging housing types in the north central and southwestern inland areas. The proportion of dwelling houses was predominant in the northwestern, eastern, and coastal areas and in terms of the type related to population settlement and new housing, housing types of dwelling houses were worth noting for improving the quality of housing.
