국문 초록

본 연구는 장애대학생의 대학생활적응과 진로태도성숙, 진로준비행동 간의 특성을 밝히고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 부산·경남 지역 소재 10개 대학에 재학 중인 113명의 장애대학생이 본 연구에 참여하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애대학생의 진로발달 특성을 살펴보면, 장애대학생의 진로태도성숙은 보통 수준에 가까웠으며, 독립성이 확신성보다 높은 점수를 받았으며, 진로준비태도는 다소 그런 편이다 수준에 가까웠다. 둘째, 장애대학생의 배경변인별에 따른 진로태도성숙과 진로준비행동 간의 차이를 살펴보면, 진로태도성숙 중 확신성 영역은 성적에 따라 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 진로준비태도에서는 학년에 따른 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 대학생활적응, 진로태도성숙, 진로준비행동 간의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과, 대부분의 하위영역에서 상관관계를 보였다. 넷째, 대학생활적응이 진로발달에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 진로태도성숙에서는 학업적 적응이 가장 큰 설명력을 보였으며, 그 다음은 일반적 적응으로 나타났다. 진로행동준비에서는 사회적 적응, 학업적 적응 순으로 설명력이 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 장애대학생의 대학생활적응 수준에 맞는 진로교육 프로그램을 계획하고 수행하는 데 기여할 것으로 보인다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to look into relationship among adjustment of students with disabilities to university, career attitude maturity and career preparation. The subjects are in this study 113 students with disabilities of 10 universities. Result of the study can be summarized as follows. First, the university students with disabilities investigated got a 3.44 in career attitude maturity. And the independence appeared to be higher than the confidence. Confidence appeared to have significant difference according to school performance. Also, the university students with disabilities investigated got a 2.99 in career preparation. Second, almost factors(adjustment to university, career attitude maturity, career preparation) were positively related each other. Third, academic area was the most effective factor to career attitude maturity. and social area was the most effective factor to career preparation.
