국문 초록

본 연구에서는 지체장애 학교에서 수행한 협력적 팀워크 중재에 참여한 팀 구성원들의 인식에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 중재에 참여한 특수교사 4인, 물리치료사 2인, 특수교육보조원 4인을 대상으로 포커스그룹 면담 및 개별 면담을 수행하고 각종 문서자료를 검토하는질적 분석 방법을 사용하여 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 3개의 주제와 8개의 하위주제가 도출되었다. : (1) 협력적 팀워크 중재 실행의 효과; 중재절차의 유용성, 협력팀 구성원의 변화,협력팀 구성원이 관찰한 학생 및 학부모의 변화, (2) 협력적 팀워크 중재 실행의 방해요인;제도적 차원의 방해요인, 개인적 차원의 방해요인, (3) 효율적인 협력적 팀워크 중재 실행을위한 개선방안; 제도적 차원의 개선방안, 개인적 차원의 개선노력. 본 연구는 협력적 팀워크중재를 방해하는 요인, 개선할 수 있는 방안을 모두 제시함으로써 시행상의 어려움을 해결하고 발전된 방향으로 나아갈 수 있는 길을 열어준 점에 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the perception of team members who had participated in the collaborative teamwork intervention for students with cerebral palsy. To collect data, focus group and individual interviews were conducted and the various document(ex, teacher field note, discussion note,education plan) were reviewed. Four special educators, two physical therapists and four paraprofessionals were interviewed. From the qualitative analysis, three themes and seven sub-themes were emerged.: (1) effect of implementation of collaborative teamwork intervention, (2) barriers of implementation collaborative teamwork intervention, and (3) methods to improve implementation of collaborative teamwork intervention. Finally, discussions, implications and future directions of the collaborative teamwork practices were presented based on the results of the study.
