유비쿼터스 기반사회 도래에 따른 특수교육의 변화 조망

국문 초록

미래는 다양한 정보통신기술을 활용하여 언제, 어디서나 필요한 사회활동을 할 수 있는유비쿼터스 기반사회로 생활의 전반에 많은 변화가 예측되고 있다. 사회변화에 대비하여 교육을 비롯한 다양한 분야에서 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 유비쿼터스 기반사회로의 변화는 특수교육분야에도 영향을 미칠 것으로 보이나 유비쿼터스 기반사회에 대비한 연구가 거의 없다. 그래서 유비쿼터스 기반사회에서 생활과 교육에 관련된 연구를 토대로 유비쿼터스 기반사회에서 특수교육을 구성하는 대상, 교육목적, 교육과정, 교육방법을 조망하여 특수교육연구 방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 유비쿼터스 기반사회는 물리공간과 가상공간이 하나로 연결되어 생활하는 사회로 원하는장소에서 원하는 시간에 필요한 생활을 할 수 있는 사회이나 인간관계 상실, 개인정보 침해, 공간의 격차 등의 다양한 새로운 사회문제가 존재할 것으로 예측하고 있었다. 기술의발전은 사회생활 속에서 맞춤화 학습을 할 수 있도록 교육환경이 실현되어, 형식적 교육이비형식 학습에 융합되며 학습자가 사회생활 속에서 자기주도 학습을 수행하도록 교육활동이변화될 것으로 예측하고 있었다. 이러한 생활과 교육의 변화는 특수교육에서도 교육공간이 학교에서 사회로 이동하게 되어사회의 생활 속에서 비형식 학습을 통해 이루어지도록 사회중심 특수교육 지원을 요구하게될 것으로 예측되었다. 사회중심 특수교육 지원의 요구는 특수교육 대상자 대한 지원측면에서 새로운 개념 설정, 사회의 생활 속에서 행복을 추구하도록 특수교육 목적의 변화, 특수교육 대상자의 행복 추구를 위한 기본적인 내용과 선택적인 내용으로 교육과정 구성, 사회생활 속에서 비형식 학습을 통해서 이루어지도록 유도 및 지원하는 형태로 교육방법의 변화등을 요구하게 될 것으로 예측되었다. 이러한 변화에 대비하여 특수교육 대상자에 개념에관한연구, 비형식 학습 측면에서 특수교육 접근 체제에 관한연구, 사회적 지원 시스템 구축에 관한 연구, 비형식 학습을 지원하는 특수교육 담당 교사의 역량과 양성체제에 관한 연구등이 필요할 것으로 예측된다.

영문 초록

In future, there are ubiquitous based society that we can lead an active life in society all the time, all the place. And there are predicted to change the life in society. There are making study for provision to change society in variety parts included part of education. However there are difficulty found the study of special education to provide for change in ubiquitous based society, but changing in ubiquitous based society will affect on special education. So that, this study wanted to find on directions in research for provision of special education in ubiquitous based society. To get aim, this study searched about life and education in ubiquitous based society, viewed about student with special needs, special education s purpose, special education s curriculum, special education s method to base life and education in ubiquitous based society. The active life in ubiquitous based society was predicted to change that we can working needed activities at anytime and in anywhere for linking the physical space and cyberspace, but there are new social problems as the loss of human relation, an invasion of privacy, a technology gap. The education in ubiquitous based society was predicted to change that students will study self-led learning in society, because the educational environment is realized to individualize children’s learning in society and combined formative education in informal learning. Special education in ubiquitous based society is predicted to change that student with special needs will demand to support the special education to learn as informal learning in society, because education space is changed position to society from the school. It will demand to conceptualize about the student with special needs to support in society, to change the purpose of special education to live happy life the student with special needs in society, to structure the special education curriculum to choose a contents to adapt on the learner characteristic and social situation, to change special education method to support informal learning in society. Based on these results, the directions in research for provision of special education in ubiquitous based society is predicted to need the study of re-conceptualize about the student with special needs, social supporting system,informal learning in society for student with special needs, role and training system of special education teacher.
