뇌병변장애인의 컴퓨터 대체접근 평가를 위한 소프트웨어 개발 및 효과 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 일반적인 컴퓨터 환경의 사용이 어려운 뇌병변장애인에게 컴퓨터 대체접근 기기를 통해 입력된 결과를 정확하게 산출할 수 있는 측정 소프트웨어 개발하고, 제작된 도구를 컴퓨터 대체접근이 필요한 장애인에게 적용 및 평가하여 객관적인 데이터를 바탕으로 입력속도가 빠른 대체 접근 장치를 추천하였다. 이를 위해 다양한 국내·외 문헌의 조사를 바탕으로 누구나 쉽게 사용하고, 데이터를 저장 및 활용할 수 있는 장애인 컴퓨터 접근 평가를 위한 소프트웨어를 제작하였다. 이에 본 연구의 결론은 아래와 같다. 첫째, 저작도구로 델파이(Delphi) 6을 사용하여 다양한 컴퓨터 환경에서 적용할 수 있으며, 마우스, 키보드, 스위치 3가지 영역의 컴퓨터 입력에 대한 데이터를 측정할 수 있도록 제작하였다. 둘째, 제작된 소프트웨어는 기본적인 환경 평가와 장애의 특성에 따라 평가 옵션을 선택할 수 있는 기능, 데이터를 저장하는 기능을 통해 평가자가 데이터 처리 및 보관을 용이하게 제작하였다. 셋째, 제작된 소프트웨어를 지체 및 뇌병변 장애인 3명에게 적용하였다. 실험 결과, 대상자 A의 경우 신체 부위중 발을 사용한 스위치 접근이 높은 점수가 나왔으며, 대상자 B, C의 경우 기존의 사용하던 일반마우스가 가장 접근이 용이하고 빠르게 나타났다. 하지만 타자검정이 특정 프로그램만 연동이 되는 한계점과, 청각 및 시각적 피드백을 보강하고 측정한 데이터를 그래프로 제시하는 기능을 추가할 필요가 있다고 판단되었다.

영문 초록

The propose of development for assessment of computer alternative access was to provide the information for a selection with computer access devices to the experts on assistive technology from the data of correctly inspection. By researching various programs and literatures about evaluation of computer access, CPCAA(computerization program for computer access assessment) has been developed. Therefore, this study investigated the development and application of assessment software on the basic computer alternative access for persons with disabilities. The study results are summarized as follow. First, the software was written using Delphi 6. This software was to evaluate mouse, switch and keyboard abilities of subjects. Also, it was able to input the client s informations on computer and print. Second, it was satisfied the informations provide in function of CPCAA such as various selecting option, inspection and saving of data. Lastly, a total of study 3 persons with disabilities were attended in experiment, provide a intervention as follow. Client A was a effective computer access used foot in his physical abilities on switch and mount system. Client B, C recorded a short time in used general mouse compare with track ball and joystick. For future plans, it is asked to show the informations about result of evaluation such as graph or chart. and to need the feedback with visual and auditory sense.
