국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 바이오덱스를 이용한 족동운전장치 유형별 사용편의성에 대한 비교실험을 통하여 족동운전장치에 대한 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 이 연구를 수행하기 위한 연구방법은 일반인 3명을 대상으로 바이오덱스(Biodex)를 이용하여 원판형의 내회전력(internal rotation force)과 외회전력(external rotation force), 자전거 페달형의 전진방향 회전력(forward rotation force)과 후진방향 회전력(backward rotation force)을 각각 비교하였다. 이 연구를 통하여 나타난 결론은 다음과 같다. 바이오덱스를 이용한 자전거 페달형과 원판형의 회전력 비교실험에서 원판형을 기준으로 자전거 페달형이 47.7%가 높게 나타나 작용하는 힘이 더 높음을 보여주었다. 이는 일본에서 일반화된 프란츠시스템의 경우 자전거 페달형 족동운전장치가 하지관절의 운동방향인 전·후 회전운동으로 인해 신체의 상해예방과 최대 힘을 발휘할 수 있는 장점이 있지만 회전력에 있어서 자전거 페달형이 원판형보다 장시간 운전 시 피로도가 높다는 것을 보여주었다.

영문 초록

The purposes of this study was to provide basic data on foot steering device through comparative test on the convenience of use according to different types of foot steering devices using Biodex. The research methods to perform this study compared the clockwise and counter clockwise rotation force of round plate type with those of pedal type using Biodex for three persons without disabilities. The results of this study are as follows:In the comparative test of rotation force of bicycle pedal type and round plate type using Biodex, compared to round plate type, bicycle pedal type was 47.7% higher, which showed the operation power is higher. This showed that for the Franz System which has been common in Japan, bicycle pedal type foot steering device has merit to prevent bodily injury and to use maximum power in forward, backward rotating movement, the moving direction of joints of the lower limbs. However, in the rotation force, bicycle pedal type causes more fatigue than round plate type in long time driving.
