지체장애인 운동선수의 심리변인 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 지체장애인 운동선수의 심리변인(운동 목표성향, 신체적 자기효능감)을 분석하여 선수들에게 효율적인 운동수행과 함께 긍정적인 심리변인의 적용에 도움이 되는 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다. 이에 따라 2008년 전국 장애인 댄스스포츠 대회와 제 28회 전국장애인체육대회에 참여한 지체장애인(n=89)을 대상으로 스포츠 목표성향 질문지(김병준, 2001)와 지체장애인의 신체적 자기효능감 척도(홍선옥, 1996)를 사용하여 조사하였다. 사용된 설문지는 5명의 전문가에게 안면타당도 및 내용타당도를 검증받았으며, 또한 신뢰성(⍺=.68-.81)을 확인하였다. 수집된 자료에 대해 기술통계, 다변량분산분석(MANOVA), 그리고 상관관계분석(Correlation analysis)등의 통계분석법을 통해 검토한 결과 다음과 같은 주된 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 지체장애인 운동선수의 인지된 신체능력(GM=3.52)과 자아성향(GM=3.09)이 중립적 수준으로 나타난 반면, 과제성향(GM=2.43)과 신체적 자기표현 자신감(GM=2.16)은 낮은 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 여자선수보다 남자선수가 20대와 40대보다 30대가, 장애정도가 가벼울수록, 그리고 운동경력이 많을수록 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 더 높은 스포츠 목표성향과 신체적 자기효능감을 나타냈다. 셋째, 자아성향은 인지된 신체능력과 신체적 자기표현자신감에서 통계적으로 유의한 수준의 상관관계가 인정되는 등 목표성향과 신체적 자기효능감과의 관련성이 확인되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the goal orientation and physical self-efficacy of athlete with physical disabilities. This study were used Sport goal orientation(Kim Beong-jun, 1996) and Psychology self-efficacy(Hong Sun-ok, 1996)questionnaire was administered to 92 athletes who participated in 2008 National Wheelchair Dance Sports Competition and International Physical Disability Physical Competition. Sport goal orientation consists of 2 factors including task orientation, ego orientation and Physical self-efficacy consists of 2 factors including perceived-physical ability, physical self-efficacy. The completed surveys were analyzed using descriptive statistics, MANOVA and Correlation analysis. The results were as follows: First, Athletes with physical disabilities was showed middle level in perceived physical ability(GM=3.52) and ego orientation(GM=3.09), on the other hand low level in task orientation(GM=2413), physical self- expressive confidence(GM=2.16). Second, Sport goal orientation and physical self-efficacy was showed that significantly higher degree men more than women with physical disabilities, 30 age groups higher than 20 & 40 age groups, lightly higher than disability level and long higher training experience groups . Third, The results of correlation analysis showed that significant degree in task orientation related ego orientation, physical self-expressive confidence and ego orientation related cognitive physical ability. Based on these results, it is concluded significant correlation in goal orientation and physical self-efficacy.
