중도·중복장애학생을 위한 ICF-CY 기반 재활능력 진단검사 개발을 위한 기초연구

국문 초록

연구목적: 이 연구는 ICF-CY에 기반한 재활능력 진단검사를 개발하여, 중도·중복장애학생의 기능을 구체적으로 진단하고, 이에 맞는 다면적인 지원을 제공하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구방법: 이를 위해 기본교육과정 재활교과의 교육과정과 ICF-CY의 기준을 기초로 진단검사 문항을 도출한 후 특수교육 전문가 20명에게 1차와 2차 델파이조사를 실시하여 검사도구의 적절성을 검토 받았다. 델파이 조사는 빈도분석과 기술통계치(평균, 왜도, 사분위수), 합의도, 수렴도, 내용타당도 비율을 산출하여 분석하였다. 연구결과: 그 결과 감각운동, 자립생활, 의사소통, 심리적 안정, 행동관리 5영역 154개 문항의 ICF-CY 기반 재활능력 진단검사를 개발하였다. 이 문항들은 합의도, 수렴도, 내용타당도 비율이 양호하였다. 결론: 이 연구를 통해 토대로 중도·중복 장애학생의 개별적인 특성과 요구에 부합하는 진단검사가 개발되었으며, 이를 기초로 이들을 지원하기 위한 추후 과제와 시사점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develope the scale for diagnosis on the rehabilitation competence for students with severs and multiple disabilities in order to check the correct level of rehabilitation function and provide them with individualized supports. Method: To these ends, this study followed two steps. First, items for diagnosing on rehabilitation function of students with severe and multiple disabilities were extracted based on the rehabilitation subject of basic curriculum for special education. Second, for the verification on the appropriateness of scale, 20 expertises on special education were asked to examine the extracted items using Delphi method. The collected data were analyzed by using frequency analysis, descriptive analysis(mean, skewness, quartiles) and identifying a level of consensus, a level of convergence, and rate of content validity. Results: Through a series of procedures, the scale for diagnosis on the rehabilitation competence based on ICF-CY was developed. As well, 5 domains such as ‘sensory motor’, ‘independent living’, ‘communication’, ‘psychological stability’, ‘behavior management’ and 154 items included in 5 subdomains were extracted. Conclusion: Based on the results, further challenges and implications were discussed to offer diagnosis and supports meeting the individualized characteristics and needs of students with severe and multiple disabilities.
