국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 통합학급 비장애학생의 공동체의식과 장애학생에 대한 태도의 관계에서 공감의 매개효과를 탐색하는 것이었다. 연구방법: 본 연구에서는 B시 소재 중학교와 고등학교의 통합학급에 재학 중인 비장애학생 318명을 대상으로 공동체의식, 장애학생에 대한 태도, 공감에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 통합학급 비장애학생의 공동체의식, 장애학생에 대한 태도, 공감은 모두 긍정적인 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 통합학급 비장애학생의 공동체의식과 장애학생에 대한 태도와의 관계에서 공동체 의식은 태도와 공감에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 공감은 장애학생에 대한 태도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이 때 공감은 통계적으로 유의미한 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 향후 비장애학생의 장애학생에 대한 긍정적 태도 정립과 성공적인 통합교육을 위한 실제적 방안 모색에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the sense of community of students without disabilities on the attitude toward students with disabilities in secondary inclusive classroom. As well, the mediating effect of the empathy of secondary school students without disabilities was explored. Method: 318 secondary school students without disabilities were asked to complete the 3 questionnaires. Results: First, the level of sense of community, the level of attitude toward students with disabilities, and the level of empathy were positive. Second, there were statistically significant effect of sense of community on the attitude toward students with disabilities as well as the effect of empathy on the attitude toward students with disabilities. At the same time, the mediating effect of empathy was identified. Conclusion: Based on these results, it was suggested that constructing various practical programs that facilitate the level of empathy of secondary students without disabilities was necessary to realize the ideal inclusive education goals.
