위험감수성이 혁신성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 소셜벤처기업의 CEO의 위험감수성과 혁신성을 연결하는 매개경로에 사회적가 치지향성의 역할과 CEO의 창업경험이 사회적가치지향성과 혁신성사이에 조절역할을 하는 조건부 간접모형을 실증분석한다. 사회적가치연구원(CSES)의 패널자료를 사용하여, 158개의 소셜벤처기업을 대상으로 분석한 결과 위험감수성과 혁신성은 사회적가치지향성을 통하여 영향을 주며, CEO의 창업경험이 사회적가치지향성과 혁신성에 조절적 역할을 하는 것을 실증하였다. 분석결과를 토대로 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Companies have a mission to maximize the profits for shareholders, social venture companies have a mission to solve social problems. Social venture companies have to solve social problems of which values for the public interest. ‘Re:Motion Design’ offers artificial joints for $20. ‘Delight’ a social venture company in Korea provides hearing aids for free to low-income people with hearing problem. ‘Wing Book’, which makes video books in sign language, provides contents for the hearing impaired. ‘Social ventures dreaming of a better world are rising’. Although a company s donations for society are the level of returning a part of the profits. Social ventures’ corporate activities take priority to solve social problems. Social venture entrepreneurship has no choice but to have moral transparency and a high degree of responsibility that is different from general entrepreneurship. This study intends to study the CEO of social venture companies, who are inevitably different from general for-profit companies. The CEO of a social venture company will have a basic tendency to realize social value. Panel data were used for the data of this study. Center for Social value Enhancement Studies(CSES) continues research to confirm the social value of a company and quantify the social intangible value through a panel survey of social venture companies every year. In this study, using the panel data provided by Center for Social value Enhancement Studies (CSES), it was confirmed how the entrepreneurship of the CEO of a social venture company affects the operation of the company. In particular, this study focused on the fact that the management of a representative with experience of starting a business and a representative without experience of starting a business would be different, and the role of entrepreneurship experience in the various tendencies of founders was studied.
