국문 초록

본 연구는 2010, 2015년 지역 산업연관표를 정태분석하여 지역 간 소비, 투자, 수출이 지역 노동소득에미친 파급효과를 분석하였으며, 비교 정태분석을 통해 노동소득 성장요인을 성장효과, 구조효과, 분배효과로 분해하여 분석하였다. 정태분석과 이론분석을 통해 지역내총생산은 지역 중간투입물의산업구조와 크기, 지역 산업별 소비, 투자, 수출 구조 및 규모에 의존하며 지역 노동소득 역시 지역의산업구조, 소비, 투자, 수출 규모 및 크기에 따라 노동소득 유발액과 유발계수가 결정됨을 알 수있다. 비교정태분석 결과에서 지역 간 노동소득 분배율 격차가 개선되고 있으나 여전히 수도권 집중이 심각한 것으로 나타났다. 이의 해결방안으로 정부부문의 소비와 투자에서 적극적 역할이 요구되며, 노동소득 유발액 증가를 위해 수출과 같은 대외지향적 성장정책도 필요하지만 안정적인 내수증진과 투자촉진을 통한 성장정책이 보다 효율적이다.

영문 초록

This study statically analyzed the effects of consumption investment, and exports on regional labor income using the 2010 and 2015 inter regional input-output statistics. Also, comparative static analysis was conducted by decomposing the factors of labor income increase into growth effect, structure effect, and distribution effect. As a result of static and theoretical analysis, gross regional product depends on the industrial structure and size of regional intermediate inputs, consumption by regional industry, investment, and export structure and scale. It was also found that regional labor income inducement amount and induction coefficient were determined according to the industrial structure, consumption, investment, and export scale and size of the region. As a result of the comparative static analysis, the growth effect of local labor income was positive (+), but the structure effect and distribution effect were different according to the difference in regional consumption, investment, export structure and distribution structure. Therefore, the income policy for increasing regional labor income varies greatly depending on not only the industrial structure of the region, but also the difference in consumption, investment, export structure, and distribution structure, so a response strategy appropriate to the regional characteristics is required.
