본당 사목자와 사목신학

국문 초록

고유한 교회의 사목의 원천지인 본당 공동체에 대한 사목은 예나 지금이나 그 중요성을 늘 지니고 있다. 지역 공동체 안의 친교와 참여를 통한 일치, 그리고 나아가 하느님을 모르는 이들에게 말로써 삶으로써 신앙을 증거하는 구심점으로, 본당 사목은 늘 교회의 근간을 이루고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 오늘날 현대 사회에서, 나아가 코로나 시대를 살아가면서 본당 사목은 내외적 다양한 복합적인 문제들을 마주하고 있고, 이는 사목신학적 관점에서도 계속해서 지적되고 있다. 오늘날 본당 사목이 직면한 고령화 사회, 개인의 삶의 가치에서 신앙이 우선시되지 않는 사회적 풍조, 그리고 무엇보다 본당 사목의 책임자인 사목자의 의지와 관련된 문제 등, 다양한 문제들이 계속해서 발생하고, 또 개선되는 과정이 더디게 흘러가고 있음을 보게 된다. 특별히 성직주의로 인한 본당 공동체의 참여와 연대의 구조적 발전의 한계, 그리고 교회는 선교를 지향하는 근본적인 속성을 간과한 울타리 안의 공동체, 또한 점점 더 대다수를 차지하게 되는 냉담 교우들의 증가는 본당 사목에 대한 신학적 성찰과 함께 계속해서 원인과 대처를 향한 노력과 방향 설정의 작업이 이루어짐으로써 그 간격을 좁혀 갈 수 있음을 보게 한다. 이에 현대 사회의 사목적인 교회의 가르침에 부합한 철저한 자기실현과 반성의 과정이 다시금 반복되어야 하고, 이러한 사목신학적 사고를 통한 사목자와 공동체 모두의 노력이 절실한 때이다. 위기가 곧 기회이듯, 현재의 일선 본당사목의 가장 어려운 시대를 살아가는 요즘, 다시금 우리의 현실을 제대로 돌아보고, 본당 사목의 교회 삶의 근본 터전이 생명력을 잃어가지 않도록, 더 나은 사목신학적 방향을 끊임없이 모색해 나가야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Parish pastoral, intrinsic source of the Church pastoral, keeps its importance in all ages. Parish pastoral is always the basis of the Church as center pivot, as the unity through fellowship and participation within local communities, and moreover to witness the faith as words and acts to the people who don’t know God. Nevertheless, in modern society, also living in the Corona Pandemic era, parish pastoral faces various internal/external complicated problems, and this is pointed out continuously in pastoral theology point of view. These days, parish pastoral faces the aging society, social tendency which faith is not prioritized in personal life value, and even more parish priest’s own various problems related his will occur steadily, but the process of its improvement flows slowly. Especially, the limitation of structure development of parish community participation and solidarity due to hierarchism, the community within the fence where overlooked its essential attribute of the direct mission, and the increase of non-practicing believers can narrow the space through setting direction and working with efforts for cause and reaction and its work come true with the theological reflection on parish pastoral community participation. So, thorough the process of thorough self-realization and self-reflection in accord with the pastoral Church’s teaching in modern society should be repeated, it is urgently needed the efforts of pastor and all community through such pastoral theology view. Like “Crisis is opportunity”, living in the most difficult period to front parish pastoral, it is time to look back right current reality, not to lose vitality, which is the foundation of parish life, and to seek constantly more forward a resolution of better direction of pastoral theology.
