유흥종사자의 사회적 지원 프로그램 개발 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 유흥종사자의 디스트레스 요인을 분석하고 이들이 느끼는 디스트레스를 완화시켜 좀 더 건강한 삶을 살아갈 수 있도록 도움을 주고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 유흥종사자의 특수성과 특성에 따른 적합하고, 적절한 심리상담교육 프로그램을 제안하기 위한 연구이다. 본 연구는 강남권 보도사무실에 종사하는 유흥종사자로 본 연구의 목적, 참여의 자발성, 정보의 비밀유지 등의 설명을 듣고 서면동의 한 참여자를 대상으로 하였으며, 이들의 디스트레스에 관한 사항과 디스트레스 완화에 필요한 사항을 선행연구 중 디스트레스 감소변인과 디스트레스 대처방식을 중심으로 하였다. 연구방법은 내러티브 탐구질문지와 반구조화 질문지를 작성하여 그 결과를 분석하고, 이를 토대로 디스트레스를 완화시킬 수 있는 선행연구를 바탕으로 이들에게 적합한 유흥종사자의 디스트레스 완화를 위한 상담교육 프로그램을 구성제안 하였다. 연구결과, 현상학적 분석 결과는 5개의 범주와 16개의 구성요소와 71개의 의미단위가 도출되었으며, 도출된 5개의 범주는 사회적 통념, 디스트레스 원인, 디스트레스의 심리-신체적 증상, 대처방법, 사회적 지지 등으로 나타났다. 내러티브 탐구 결과는 생애전환 맥락, 유흥종사자 성별비교, 다양한 검사결과의 성별비교, 사회적 통념과 디스트레스, 디스트레스 원인과 성별차이, 디스트레스 경험과 삶의 전략 등으로 논의 되었다. 유흥종사자들의 디스트레스 완화를 위해 이들에게 필요한 것이 무엇인지를 이들의 진술로 종합 해 본 결과 첫째, 심리상담에 대한 다양한 교육, 둘째, 디스트레스에 대한 개인의 해석과 대처방식, 셋째, 심리․정서적 개입 등 세 개의 주제가 도출되었으며, 유흥종사자들의 디스트레스 완화를 위한 프로그램은 도출된 세 가지의 주제를 혼합하여 구성할 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research is to learn and analyze the causes of the distress of EWs and assist and the sound state of their well-being by understanding and alleviating their social distresses. This research is to propose the appropriate and adequate psychological counselling education program that meets needs of specific and distinctive characteristic of EWs. This research was performed by selecting participants who were actively working in the adult entertainment industry, specifically as a No-Rae-Bang hostess or host, in Gang-nam district of Seoul, in which the participants signed a written consent after clearly understanding the purpose of the research, voluntary nature of participation, and confidentiality agreement. Moreover, the research was focused on the cause of the reduction of distress level and coping method from the previous researches and studies on distress of EWs and essential matters that are needed to alleviate distress. The research method was carried out by analyzing results from narrative research questionnaires and semi-structured surveys, and proposing an appropriate and constructive social supportive/assist program that can alleviate distress from the group by basing off of the previous researches and studies. In the result, the phenomenological analysis drew 5 categories, 16 components, and 71 semantic units. The five categories are : social convention, cause of distress, psychological and physical symptoms of distress, coping method and social acceptance/support. The findings from the narrative research are explained as, the context of one s life transition, a gender comparison of EWs, a gender comparison from the various test results, social convention and distress, cause of distress and difference of gender and experience of distress and strategy of life. The research strongly suggests a counseling education program to relieve/alleviate the distress of Ews. The result can be concluded as following three subjects First, various approaches and methods in psychological counseling, Second, individual’s interpretation and coping method in dealing with distress Third, psychological and emotion involvement/intervention. A counseling program must be constructed in the combination of the 3 results drew from the research in order to effectively alleviate distress of the EWs.
