국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 웹소설 읽기에 대한 중국 독자들의 충족인식을 살피는 데 있다. 이를 위해서 국내 대학에서 수학중인 중국인 유학생들을 대상으로 Q 분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 본 연구는 중국 웹소설 독자들의 세 가지 이용충족인식을 유형화하였다. 제1유형은 ‘지식확장’으로, 웹소설 독서를 통해서 새로운 지식이나 유용한 정보 수집 및 학습과정에 활용하는 응답자들이 포함되었다. 이들은 웹소설을 접함으로써 지식을 확장하고 학습효과를 높였다. 제2유형은 ‘현실도피’로, 웹소설 독서를 통해 생활에서 얻은 스트레스를 해소하거나 혹은 일상으로부터 도피에 활용하는 독자들이 포함되었다. 이들은 웹소설 읽기를 통해 일상생활에서 벗어나 자신만의 시간을 갖거나 스트레스를 해소하였다. 제3유형은 ‘대인관계 확장’으로, 웹소설 읽기를 통해 주변인들과 좋은 관계를 유지하거나 새로운 사람들을 사귀는 독자들이 포함되었다. 이들은 웹 콘텐츠를 통해 다른 사람들을 사귀는 등 대인관계를 확장하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the satisfaction perception of Chinese readers on reading web novels. To this end, Q analysis was performed on Chinese international students studying at domestic university. As a result of the survey, this study categorized the three types of perceptions of satisfaction of Chinese web novel readers. The first type is ‘knowledge expansion’. This type included respondents who collected new knowledge or useful information through reading web novels and used them in the learning process. They expanded their knowledge and increased their learning effects by accessing web novels. The second type is‘reality escape’. This type included readers who relieved the stress of life through reading web novels or used them to escape from daily life. They read web novels to get out of their daily lives and have their own time or relieve stress. The third type is‘interpersonal expansion’. This type included readers who maintained good relationships with people around them or made new people through reading web novels. They expanded their interpersonal relationships by making other people55 through reading web literatures.80
