시진핑 집권2기 신시대 중국특색사회주의 분석

국문 초록

중국은 1945년 제2차 세계대전 종식 후 국민당과 공산당의 내전이 이어지다가, 중국대륙은 중국 공산당에 의해 사회주의 국가 중화인민공화국이 건국되고 남경에 있던 중화민국은 대만 섬으로 이전하여 대립하는 상태를 유지하고 있다. 그러나 중국이 1970년대 후반부터 개혁⋅개방 정책을 추진한 후 중국의 영향력은 이미 국제적으로 강화되고 있고, 대만의 상대적 경쟁력은 약화되고 있다. 사회주의 국가 중국의 공산당은 지도자 마오쩌둥, 덩샤오핑, 장쩌민, 후진타오 시대를 이어 2012년부터 시진핑 시대를 맞이하였다. 2017년 19차 당대회에서 시진핑은 중국 공산당 지도자로서 집권 2기를 맞이했고, 2018년 3월 5일에는 전국인민대표대회를 통해 국가 주석의 자리에 오르며 당⋅군⋅정을 장악했다. 이 논문은 시진핑 집권 시기 중국 국가 환경은 어떠하며, 시진핑 시대 특징과 그 정치구도를 알아보는데 중점을 두었다. 그리고 시진핑 시대 키워드인 ‘신시대 중국특색사회주의’가 무엇인지 알아보는데 중점을 두었다. 그리고 그것을 통해 중국의 앞으로의 한중관계도 가늠해 보았다. 논문은 기존 논문을 참고하데, 중국과 한국 등에서 최근 나온 관방과 비관방의 보도 자료를 참고하고 인터뷰 내용에 근거하여 현 상황을 분석하려 노력했다. 또한, 중국 언론은 그 특징을 고려하며 그 보도가 포함하고 있는 정치적의 함의를 분석하며 중국정치를 내다봤다.

영문 초록

After the end of the Second World War in 1945, China followed the civil war between the Kuomintang of China(中國國民黨) and the Chinese Communist Party(中國共産黨). In the mainland of China, and then the CCP founded the People’s Republic of China at mainland China on 1949 and the Kuomintang has moved to Taiwan. Now CCP and KMT has been in conflict on the face of Taiwan Strait the Communist Party in mainland China. However, after China has pursued reform and opening policies from 1978, China has already strengthened its influence internationally and Taiwan’s competitiveness has been relatively weakening. The Communist Party of China has reached the age of Xi Jingping since 2012 following the leaders Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao. In the 19th CCP Congress of China of 2017, Xi Jinping entered the second period of General secretary of the Chinese Communist Party. And on March 5, 2018, he became the President of the People’s Republic of China through the National People’s Congress with the Chief of the China Military Commission(CMC). This paper focuses on the characteristics of China ‘s environment during the period of Xi Jinping and the Xinping era with the composition of the political regime, and it also tried to look at China’s policies and the relations between Korea and China. And also, this paper emphasis on the ‘New Age’s Chinese Special Socialism’. The paper refers to the existing paper and interview data, and tried to analyze it with the latest contents by referring to the recent press releases of China and Korea. In addition, this paper try to analyze the implications of the Chinese government of in Xi Jinping’s New Era.
