국문 초록

4차 산업혁명은 우리가 생활하고 일하며 서로 관계를 맺는 방식의 근본적인 변화를 일으킨다. 그러나 이러한 중요한 문제와 더불어 우리 사회의 두 가지 핵심위험도 공존하고 있다. 그것은 사이버 공격과 정보 인프라 파괴이다. 사이버 공격과 데이터 유출은 모든 기업이 직면한 가장 큰 위협 중 하나로, 기업은 조직의 규모에 관계없이 사이버 보안을 강화하기 위한 대응책을 마련해야 한다. 사이버 보안 환경의 변화가 계속 증가함에 따라 기업 사이버 보안은 필수가 되었기 때문이다.특히, 코로나 바이러스 COVID-19 비상 사태로 스마트 작업 수요가 급격히 증가하고 있다. 기업은 근로자들이 원격으로 작업할 수 있도록 적절한 도구를 제공하는 것뿐만 아니라 회사 또는 공공 관리 조직의 관할권을 넘어서는 복잡한 디지털 상호 작용 시스템을 개발해야 하는 것을 의미한다. 기업이 디지털 혁신에서 직면하는 과제 중 하나는 보안이 종종 당연한 것보다 우선 순위가 낮다는 것이다. 기업은 빠르게 움직여야 하지만 동시에 데이터를 적절하게 보호해야 한다.이 연구는 스마트 작업환경을 강화하고 스마트 작업의 잠재력을 최대한 활용하기 위해 시스템 관리자와 근무자에 대한 대응방안을 제시했다.

영문 초록

The 4th Industrial Revolution represents a fundamental change in the way we live, work and relate to one another. But just below these high profile issues are two risks, which are at the heart of our society achieving the full potential of the fourth industrial revolution. These are cyber attacks and information infrastructure breakdown. Cyber attacks and data breach are amongst the top threats facing any business. Therefore, it is extremely necessary that the corporate sector instills practice for ensuring their cyber security regardless of the size of an organization. With an ever-increasing change in cyber security landscape, corporate cyber security has become mandatory. In particular, smart working demand is rising dramatically as a consequence of the COVID-19 emergency. Enabling workers to work remotely not only means providing the appropriate tools to do so, but also developing a complex system of digital interaction that goes beyond the jurisdiction of companies or public administration organisations. One of the challenges companies face with digital transformation is that security often is less of a priority than it should be. Companies need to move fast, but at the same time protect data appropriately. This study provided guidelines for system administrators and workers to enhance the smart work environment and make the most of the potential of smartwork.
