국문 초록

최근에 들어와 중국은 제3자 물류를 포함한 물류부문이 전체 국가경제발전에서 매우 중요한 역할을 수행한다는 것이 인식되고 있다. 더욱이 WTO의 가입과 그에 따른 물류시장의 개방이 본격적으로 이루어짐에 따라 중국의 제3자 물류시장은 크게 확대되었다. 이러한 상황에서 물류시장에서 중요한 역할을 하고 있는 제3자 물류업의 발전 잠재력은 매우 높은 것으로 평가되고 있고, 앞으로 해외 글로벌기업들의 중국 물류시장 진출이 본격적으로 이루어질 것이므로 물류기업 간 가격 및 서비스 경쟁 또한 더욱 치열해질 것으로 예측된다. 본 연구에는 첫째로, 물류비용의 경제적 파급효과를 분석함에 있어서 물류산업이 중국 국민경제에 미치는 직·간접적인 파급효과를 거시적으로 검토 분석하였다. 둘째로, 중국의 제3자 물류업의 등장배경과 필요성을 살펴보았다. 셋째로, 중국 물류시장의 일반적 경향과 중국 제3자 물류업의 실태를 분석한 다음에 중국 제3자 물류업체의 사례분석을 통해서 중국 제3자 물류업의 문제점에 따른 향후의 발전방향을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 정보기술의 응용을 핵심으로 네트워크의 구축을 강화해야 한다. 둘째, 국제경쟁력이 있는 물류기업을 육성하고 집약화 경영을 실현해야 하고, 부가가치서비스를 강화하고 전력동맹관계로 발전해야 한다. 셋째, 물류인재의 양성을 중요시해야 한다. 넷째, 효율적인 원가의 관리와 통제가 필요하다.

영문 초록

Recently the logistic industry which includes the third-party logistic accomplishes an important role in whole national economic development in China. As a member of WTO, the opening of Chinese logistic market have been accomplished in earnest and the third-party logistic market of China was magnified on a large scale accordingly. Under this situation, chinese third-party logistic which play an important role in chinese logistic market, will have a strong growth potential. In the future, international companies will enter into the chinese logistic market in earnest and the competition of costs and services between international logistic industries and chinese logistic industries will have a fierce competition. This paper concentrates upon the analyzing of chinese logistic market s general tendency and chinese third-party logistic s actual condition. Finally, it is presented chinese third-party s problems and development direction through chinese third-party logistic s instance analysis in this paper as follow; First, it should strengthen a network framework based on the implication of information technology. Second, logistic industry which induce the internationalization should be developed with focusing higher value added service and realizing intensive management. Third, China should emphasis training of skilled man for logistic industry. Forth, it is necessary that China needs effective system for control and management of operating cost.
