국문 초록

본 연구는 영화콘텐츠 산업의 공정한 거래 환경 조성이 해당 산업의 고용에 미치는 효과를 Panel-VAR 모형을 이용하여 분석하고 이를 통해 정책적 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 실증분석에 사용한 자료는 고용보험 DB에서 제공하고 있는 영화산업의 고용자수 그리고 지역 등의 변수를 이용하였으며 또한 한국기업데이터(KED)의 매출, 자산, 자본과 같은 재무정보를 활용하였다. 실증분석 기간은 2013년~2017년 기간이며 분석방법으로는 패널VAR 모형을 이용하였다. 실증분석 추정결과, 매출액이 1% 증가하면 고용자 수는 초기에 0.03% 상승한 후 1년 이후에는 0.2%로 가장 크게 상승하였고 이후 점점 상승폭이 하락하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 실증분석 결과를 기초로 영화산업의 공정거래 환경 조성 시나리오에 따를 고용효과를 분석한 결과, 영화콘텐츠 시장에서 공정한 거래환경이 조성되면 영화 제작편수의 증가와 매출 증가를 가져오게 되며 또한 동 업계의 고용은 400여명 정도 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이는 영화 산업의 기획개발 단계의 공정거래 환경 조성이 고용에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과 영화산업 거래에서 표준계약서 도입의 확대, 투자 및 제작사의 공동 제작에 따른 수익 배분의 적정성, 제작사와 협력업체 그리고 디지털 온라인 시장의 공정한 거래환경 조성이 동 산업의 발전 및 고용에 긍정적인 영향을 가져올 수 있음을 시사하고 있다.

영문 초록

In this study, the effect of creating a fair trading environment in the film content industry on employment was analyzed using the Panel-VAR model, and policy suggestions were derived from this. The data used for the empirical analysis used variables such as the number of employees and the region of the film industry presented by the employment insurance DB. In addition, financial information such as sales, assets, and capital of Korean Enterprise Data (KED) was used together. The empirical analysis period was from 2013 to 2017, and the panel VAR model was used as the analysis method. Empirical analysis estimates show that a 1% increase in sales causes the number of employees to rise 0.03% initially, then 0.2% a year later, the largest increase, and then decrease further. Based on the results of these empirical analyzes, as a result of analyzing the employment effect according to the scenario of creating a fair trading environment in the film industry, if a fair trading environment is created in the film content market, the number of film productions will increase and sales will increase. It was found that the number of employees in the industry has increased by about 400. It was also analyzed that creating a fair trade environment at the planning and development stage of the film industry has the greatest impact on employment. As a result of the empirical analysis of this research, the introduction of standard contracts has been expanded in the film industry, the appropriateness of profit sharing through joint production of investment and production companies, and the creation of a fair trading environment for production companies, partner companies, and the digital online market. Suggests that it has been able to have a positive impact on the development and employment of the industry.
