국문 초록

제4차 산업혁명의 시대를 맞이하여 세계 각국의 정부는 국가 경쟁력 유지를 위한 제조업 혁신을 추진하고 있으며, 제조업 혁신의 중심에 스마트공장이 위치하고 있다. 국내 제조기업에서 스마트공장을 구현하자고 할 때, 스마트공장의 체계적이고 신속한 구현이 가능하도록 구현의 방향과 목표에 대한 가이드를 제공하기 위해서는 참조모델이 활용된다. 본 논문에서는 스마트공장의 참조모델을 활용하여 ICT와 제조업의 융합으로 빠른 성장이 기대되는 중소·중견기업 스마트공장의 수준을 측정하기 위한 표준화 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 스마트공장 수준 측정 모델 개발을 위한 기본 철학을 제시하고 수준 측정 모델의 구조, 평가항목의 구성을 제시한다. 또한, 제안한 스마트공장 수준 측정을 위한 표준화 모델을 적용하여 파일럿 테스트를 수행하고 그 결과를 분석한다. 본 연구가 스마트공장 수준 측정의 표준화에 기여하기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, governments around the world are promoting manufacturing innovation to maintain national competitiveness, and smart factories are located at the center of manufacturing innovation. When a domestic manufacturing company wants to implement a smart factory, a reference model is used to provide a guide on the direction and goal of implementation to enable systematic and rapid implementation of the smart factory. In this paper, we propose a standardization method to measure the level of smart factories of small and medium-sized companies that are expected to grow rapidly through the convergence of ICT and manufacturing, using a reference model of smart factories. To this end, the basic philosophy for the development of the model for assessing the level of the smart factory is presented, the structure and the composition of the evaluation items of the model are presented. Pilot test of assessing the level of the smart factory is executed and analyzed. It is hoped that this study will contribute to the standardization of assessing the level of smart factory.
