국문 초록

본 연구는 LINC+ 사회맞춤형 사업 참가자의 직업과 삶의 만족도 고찰에 관한 탐색적 연구다. 연구는 FGI 방법으로 수행되었다. 연구대상은 LINC+ 사업 교육을 이수하고 채용협약기업으로 채용된 10명의 졸업생을 대상으로 하였다. 연구범주에 대한 깊은 이해 및 사전 지식은 연구의 신뢰성 및 타당성 확보의 원천이기 때문이다. 연구 기간은 2020. 05 – 2020. 07까지 총 3개월간 진행되었다. 연구의 결과, LINC+ 사회맞춤형 교육 과정을 통한 참가자의 직무 역량 강화 및 채용 성공은 교육 참가자의 지속적 성장의 토대가 되었음이 확인되었다. 또한 일을 통한 미래지향적 가치관은 직업 만족과 삶의 만족에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로, 연구 참가자들은 전문성을 갖춘 인재로서 ‘행복한 삶’의 추구와 ‘재직 기업의 발전’을 도모하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 직장 만족과 삶의 만족을 담보하는 객관적 결과로서, 정서적, 심리적, 사회적, 경제적 관점에서 시사점을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study is an explanatory study on job and life satisfaction of the LINC+ business program participants, conducted by FGI method. The research targets were 10 graduates who got hired by employment agreement companies after completing the LINC+ education program. The reason is that deep understanding and prior knowledge of those targets provides research reliability and validity. The research was conducted for three months from 2020. 05 – 2020. 07. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that participants job competency enhancement and stable employment through LINC+ became a basis for achieving their continued growth in education. Also, the result indicates that future-oriented values through work have a positive effect on job and life satisfaction. Finally, research participants, as a talent with expertise, were able to see that they were pursuing a happy life and company development. In accordance with such objective result that assures job and life satisfaction, we made suggestions from an emotional, psychological, social, and economic perspectives.
