영문 초록

After the Liberating, the problem of return and overseas settlement of the overseas Korean was caused by manpower plundering which is had own way from Japanese colony governing process of simultaneous and it was a position thing. Specially, In-repatriation of Korean residents in Japan is different far it was to accomplish the relationship which is close from the point which is a plunder history characteristic of colony governing. 1945 after August liberating, Korean residents in Japan whom 2,000,000 people go over except a part sincerely hope to return toward the fatherland. But the Korean residents in Japan of about six hundred thousand were not able to return to Korea, because General Head Quarters(GHQ) and the Japanese government’ policy and local situation has been changed, after all they have to do live with In-repatriation of Korean residents in Japan. The case and instance of like this In-repatriation of Korean residents in Japan were various and it classifies an instance with the some branch which when will reach with afterwords it is same. Firstly, they were not able to return to Korea, cause by with sacrifice, wound, disease. Secondly, The GHQ and Japanese government were established by a policy that the convicted prisoner and north natives did not permit to return. the rest of the people wanted to return to Korea, firstly they tried to prejudge Korean political, economical, social unrest. For the second time, the pro-Japanese group were able to return country.
