청소년의 우울이 SNS 중독에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년의 우울이 SNS 중독에 미치는 영향과 이 관계에서 부모-자녀 간 패쇄적 의사소통의 조절효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구의 참여자는 고등학생 489명으로, 남학생 240명, 여학생이 249명이였다. 분석결과 SNS 중독과 우울 간에 정(+)적 상관관계가 나타났고, 부-자녀간 폐쇄적 의사소통과 모-자녀간 폐쇄적 의사소통과 SNS 중독, 우울 모두에서 정(+)적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 부모-자녀 간의 폐쇄적 의사소통의 조절효과를 검증하기 위해 실시한 위계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 우울 수준이 높을수록 SNS 중독 수준이 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 우울 수준이 높은 청소년일지라도 부-자녀간 폐쇄적 의사소통이 낮을수록 SNS 중독수준도 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 청소년의 SNS 중독에 대한 실천적 개입 방안과 연구의 한계를 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of adolescent depression on SNS addiction and the moderating effect of parent-child closed communication in this relationship. The study involved 489 high school students, 240 male students and 249 female students. According to the analysis, there was a positive correlation between SNS addiction and depression, and positive (+) correlations were found in both parent-child closed communication, mother-child closed communication, SNS addiction, and depression. As a result of hierarchical regression analysis conducted to verify the moderating effect of parent-child closed communication, the higher the level of depression, the higher the level of SNS addiction. In addition, even for adolescents with high levels of depression, the lower the closed communication between father-child, the lower the level of SNS addiction. Based on these findings, practical intervention plans and limitations of research on SNS addiction of adolescents were suggested.
