개업공인중개사의 직무만족도가 이직 의도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 개업공인중개사의 직무 만족 결정요인을 분석하고 이직 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 추출하여 안정적인 업무수행을 할 수 있는 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구결과, 첫째, 직무만족도에 대한 회귀분석결과, 소득 적정성과 개업공인중개사의 사회적 인식이 직무만족도에 중요하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 이직 의도에 대한 회귀분석결과, 중개업에 대한 사회적 편견이 가장 높았으며, 중개업에 대한 적성, 수익적인 측면이 이직 의도에 중요하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무만족도 변수에 관한 이변량 상수 관계 분석결과, 중개대상물의 권리분석 능력이 우수하다와 중개 업무에 전문성을 갖추고 있다의 관계성이 가장 높으며, 상관관계에서는 업무와 소득간의 관계성이 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 따라서, 직무만족도를 높이려면, 첫째, 소득이 적정해야 한다. 둘째, 사회적 인식이 변화해야 한다. 이직 의도를 낮추려면, 첫째, 사회적 편견이 개선되어야 한다. 둘째, 본인의 적성에 맞는 전문분야를 찾아서 특화시켜야 한다. 셋째, 수익적인 측면을 증대하려면 부동산 업무영역이 확대되어야 하는 것으로 조사되었다.

영문 초록

This study analyzes the job satisfaction determining factors of the practitioners and extracts the factors affecting the job performance of the practitioners to present improvement measures that can be performed reliably. The study, first, regression analysis of job satisfaction, income adequacy and social perception of the practitioners public intermediaries showed that it has a significant impact on job satisfaction. Second, regression analysis of the turnover was the highest social prejudice sedatives for the brokerage industry, aptitude for the brokerage business, and the profitable aspects showed a significant impact on the turnover. Third, the results of the variable variance constant relationship analysis on the job satisfaction variable, the right analysis ability of the intermediary object is excellent and has expertise in the mediation work is the highest relationship, it was found that there is a relationship between work and income in the correlation Therefore, in order to increase job satisfaction, first, the income must be adequate. Second, social awareness must change. First, social prejudice must be improved in order to lower turnover. Third, it was found that the real estate sector should be expanded in order to increase the profit margin.
