국문 초록

본고는 학술적 글쓰기가 처한 현재적 문제를 극복하기 위한 대안으로 자기민속지학적 글쓰기를 소개하고, 이 방법론을 적용한 글쓰기 수업을 제안하였다. 자기민속지학을 적용한 글쓰기는 학생들이 학술적 글쓰기의 주체가 자기 자신이며, 자기 자신의 삶과 자신을 둘러싼 세계가 바로 연구 대상이라는 점 그리고 ‘나’와 세계의 관계는 대등한 상호적 위치에 있다는 점을 이해하고 습득해나가는 것을 목표로 하는 글쓰기 방법론이다. 자신의 경험으로부터 출발하여 사회와의 연관성을 탐색하는 자기민속지학은 글쓰기 주체의 정체성과 더불어 타인과 사회에 대한 관계지향성을 점차로 확보해나가는 방법이라는 점에서 형식에 치우친 학술적 글쓰기를 지양하고 연구 과정에 대한 진정성을 확보할 수 있는 글쓰기 방법론이다. 본고에서는 자기민속지학을 적용한 글쓰기 4단계의 진행 과정을 제안하였다. 글쓰기 주체가 일상에서 접하는 사건이나 경험을 대상으로 ‘정서적 표현과 경험적 글쓰기→인과적 추론과 성찰적 글쓰기→자료수집 및 자료 인용과 해석→논리적 추론과 논증적 글쓰기’ 4단계로 접근하면서 자기 자신을 발견하고 나아가 세계 안에서 타인과 자신이 맺고 있는 삶을 돌아보는 학술적 글쓰기를 실천할 수 있기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study is researched to propose a alternatives of academic writing on thesis wrting. Nowdays concept of what is academic writing is widely used. So the writing genre is various, for example thesis, report and academic essay. But thesis is still considered typical genre on academic writing. This study tries to analyse what is problem on thesis wrting lesson and what is alternative for academic writing. I as a professor found out two problems after thesis writing lesson for freshman at University. First most of students laid themselves open passivity and dependence. They gave answered to feel uncomfortable because of stiff formality. So they cannot help depending on professor rather than their fellow belonged to same group. Second problem is that mutual dependence and sense of responsibility were lower level. Many students did not accept fellow’s advice, opinion about their own writing. It is necessary to overcome academic writing education method. I do propose autoethnographic writing for alternatives of academic writing. The autoethnographic method would be induce subject to the interface oneself and others as if community, society and world. I expect that students could be approach their identity and also the world surrounded themselves by performing ethnographic writing. And to conclude, students could be recovery self-confidence and trust toward each other belonged to academic community near oneself in pursurance of ethnographic writing.
