직장어린이집 특별활동 프로그램의 실태 및 학부모의 인식과 만족도 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 직장어린이집을 이용하는 학부모 110명을 연구대상으로 설문조사하여 회수된 설문지 총 75부를 최종 분석하였다. 자료분석은 Window용 SPSS 25.0 통계프로그램, 빈도분석과 다중응답분석, 크론바 알파(Cronbach s α) 값을 사용하여 신뢰도를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 대부분의 자녀들이 특별활동에 참여가 많았으며, 실시 시간은 수업중이 가장 높았다. 소요되는 시간은 주당 3~5시간미만 이용이 많았으며, 담임교사 역할은 보조교사의 역할로 나타났다. 비용은 3~6만원 미만이 많았으며, 자녀의 반응은 흥미로워하여 중단 한 적이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학부모의 인식으로 ‘유아에게 다양한 경험의 기회를 준다.’가 1순위로 나타났다. 셋째, 학부모의 만족도는 ‘자녀가 특별활동을 흥미 있어 한다.’가 1순위로 나타났다. 넷째, 특별활동 문제점으로 ‘어린이집 특별활동의 집단 규모가 크다’가 1순위로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구는 직장어린이집의 특별활동 실태 및 학부모의 인식과 만족도 조사를 통해 바람직한 특별활동 프로그램의 질을 향상시키는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study surveyed 110 parents who used daycare centers at work and finally analyzed 75 questionnaires. The data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 statistical program for Windows, frequency analysis, multiple response analysis, and Cronbach s . The results of this study are as follows: First, most of the children participated in special activities, and the time of the class was the highest. The time required was less than 3~5 hours per week, and the role of homeroom teacher was shown to be the role of assistant teacher, the cost was less than 3~60,000won, and the response of the child was interesting and never stopped. Second, the parents perceptions were giving children various opportunities of experience , and third, the parents satisfaction was children are interested in special activities . Fourth, as a problem of special activities, the group size of special activities in daycare centers is large was ranked first. Therefore, this study is meaningful in improving the quality of desirable special activity programs through the survey of the actual condition of special activities of workplace daycare centers and parents perception and satisfaction.
