대학 사회봉사활동 발전 전략 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학의 사회적 책임과 대학생의 인성 증진을 위해 진행되는 사회봉사 수업에 대해 조사하고, 사회봉사 1수업을 이수 중인 대학생 855명을 대상으로 대학 사회봉사 활성화를 위해 필요한 발전 전략이 무엇인지 모색해보고자 한다 이를 위해 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0을 사용하여 빈도분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. C도 S대는 대학 사회봉사 활성화를 위해 사회봉사 관련 전문가를 중심으로 사회봉사 전담기구를 운영하고, 봉사학습의 의미를 위해 사회봉사 담당 교수제를 통해 전문성 강화에 관심이 높다. 이와 관련하여 사회봉사 수업에 참여하는 대학생들은 사회봉사 담당교수와 봉사활동에 대해 긍정적으로 평가하고 있다. 그러나 봉사활동 수요처의 개발과 봉사활동 시간, 경제적 지원에 대한 건의사항이 제시되었다. 따라서 대학생의 특성과 요구를 반영한 봉사학습의 교육과 전공연계 및 봉사활동처의 지속적인 개발, 봉사활동 시간 조정과 경제적 지원에 대한 논의가 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the social service classes conducted to enhance the social responsibility of universities and the personality of university students, and to find out what development strategies are needed to revitalize university social service for 855 college students who are completing the social service 1 class. To this end, frequency analysis was performed using SPSS 20.0. The results of this study are as follows. In order to promote community service at universities, C-do S University operates a dedicated organization for social service agency, focusing on experts related to community service, and is interested in strengthening its expertise through a system of professors in charge of community service for the meaning of service learning. In this regard, college students participating in community service classes positively evaluate the social service professor and volunteer work. However, suggestions were made on the development of service demand sources, service hours, and economic support. Therefore, it is necessary to discuss the education of volunteer learning reflecting the characteristics and needs of university students, the continuous development of major-associated and service offices, the adjustment of volunteer time and economic support.
