간호 대학생의 셀프리더십, 전공만족도가 자아탄력성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 셀프리더십과 전공만족도가 자아탄력성에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. B시 1개 대학교의 간호학과 3, 4학년 학생 113명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 연구진행기간은 2020년 6월 24일부터 7월 31일까지이었다. 연구결과, 첫째, 대상자의 제 특성에 따른 자아탄력성 정도는 학년, 건강상태, 종교에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 대상자의 셀프리더십, 전공만족도, 자아탄력성의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 셀프리더십와 자아탄력성, 전공만족도와 자아탄력성 간에는 각각 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 셋째, 간호대학생의 자아탄력성에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 셀프리더십의 하위요인인 건설적 사고이었고, 다음으로 전공만족도, 학년의 순이었고, 전체 설명력은 36.4%이었다. 따라서 간호대학생의 자아탄력성을 높이기 위해서는 건설적 사고를 함양하기 위한 교과 및 비교과 프로그램을 개발하고, 학년 별 특성을 고려한 전공만족도를 높이기 위한 다양한 전략들이 이루어져야 겠다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to identify the influence of self-leadership and major satisfaction on the ego-resilience of nursing students. The subjects were 113 nursing college students in B city. The periods of this study were from 24th June to 31th July, 2020. There were significant differences in the ego-resilience depending on the grade, health status and religion among fellow students. There was a significant positive correlation between ego-resilience and self-leadership. Also, there was a significant positive correlation between ego-resilience and major satisfaction. The meaningful variables which influence the ego-resilience were constructive idea, major satisfaction and grade in order. These factors were responsible for 36.4% of the total variance in the ego-resilience of the nursing students, In conclusion, to increase the ego-resilience of nursing students, it is necessary to develop curriculum and non-curriculum programs and strategies to improve major satisfaction with considering grade among nursing students.
