교사를 위한 자연친화적 교육 프로그램 개발 및 적용 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 교사를 위한 자연친화적 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하여 교사의 자연친화적 교수태도, 자연친화적 교육에 대한 인식과 실천에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 ADDEI 모형에 기초하여 첫째, 자연친화적 교육과 관련된 누리과정 요소와 선행연구를 바탕으로 문헌분석과 요구도 조사를 통하여 교사를 위한 자연친화적 교육의 목적 및 목표, 내용, 교수학습방법, 평가를 구성하였다. 둘째, 프로그램 적용 및 효과검증을 위해 경상북도에 소재한 13개 유아교육기관 만 3-5세 담임교사 15명을 실험집단으로, 15명을 비교집단으로 설정하고, 실험집단에게 19주간 프로그램 실시하였으며 사전·사후·추후검사를 통하여 프로그램 효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구에서 수집한 자료는 연구문제에 따라 SPSS 23.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 반복측정 분산분석(repeated measured ANOVA)을 실시한 결과, 본 연구에서 개발된 교사를 위한 자연친화적 교육 프로그램을 실시한 실험집단 교사들이 비교집단의 교사들 보다 자연친화적 교수태도, 자연친화적 교육에 대한 인식과 실천이 통계적으로 유의미한 향상을 보였다.

영문 초록

This study aims at developing and applying the nature-friendly education program for teachers, and figuring outs its effects on teachers nature-friendly teaching attitudes and their perception and practice on nature-friendly education. For this, based on ADDEI model, first, the purposes and goals of nature-friendly education for teachers, its contents, teaching & learning methods, and evaluation were made by the literature analysis and demand surveys based on the Nuri-curriculum elements related to nature-friendly education and the previous studies. Second, for application of the program and verification of its effects, the one experiment group and one control group consisting of fifteen teachers in charge of children between 3 and 5 years old in 13 children s education institutes in Gyeongsangbuk-do, respectively, were set and then, the program was applied to the experiment group for 19 weeks, and the program effects were verified through pre-, post-, and follow-up tests. As a result of the repeated measured ANOVA on the data collected from the study through SPSS 23.0 statistical program according to the research questions, the teachers in the experiment group with the nature-friendly education program for teachers developed in this study showed more statistically significant improvement on nature-friendly teaching attitudes and the perception and practice on nature-friendly education than those in the compared group.
