국문 초록

CPTED 계획에서 위험성 평가는 위험 수준과 위험 요소에 대한 우선순위를 인식하고 이에 적절하게 대응할 수 있는 방범계획을 적용하기 위한 선행 단계이다. 그러나 위험성 평가결과는 평가자의 경향이나, 평가 시기의 사회적 분위기 등 다양한 외적 환경 변수들의 영향에 의해 그 의미가 달라지며, 이는 등급과 같은 절대적 지표에 반영되지 않는다. 다양한 외적 환경 변수들의 영향을 위험성 평가결과에 반영하기 위해서는, 평가대상 건물의 개별적 위험 요소를 중요도에 따라 배열하고, 위험 요소별로 적합한 방범계획 반영 여부를 판단하여 위험성을 평가해야 한다. 일반화된 위험성 평가결과를 도출하기 위해서는, 절대적 항목에 대한 주관적 평가가 아닌 건물 맞춤형 유동적 평가 항목에 대한 객관적 평가가 수행되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는, 기존 침입범죄 위험성 평가 항목을 평가대상 건물에 적합한 항목으로 재구성하였다. 이후 재구성된 평가기준의 항목별 설계반영유무에 따라, 위험성 평가결과를 확률적인 수치로 도출할 수 있는 평가도구를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Risk assessment in a CPTED plan is a precedence step to recognize the priority of risk level and risk factors and to apply crime prevention plan that can respond appropriately. However, the risk assessment results have different meanings due to the effect of various external environmental variables such as the tendency of the evaluator or the social atmosphere at the time of evaluation, and this is not reflected in the absolute indicators such as ratings. In order to reflect the effects of various external environmental variables on the risk assessment results, individual risk factors of the target building should be arranged according to the importance and the risk should be evaluated according to whether the crime prevention plan suitable for each risk factor is reflected. In order to derive generalized risk assessment results, objective evaluation results for individual customized flexible assessment items should be presented, not subjective evaluation results for absolute items. Therefore, in this study, the existing risk assessment items for intrusion crime were restructured as the appropriate items for the buildings to be evaluated. Then, according to the design reflection of each item of the reconstructed evaluation criteria, an evaluation tool that can derive the risk assessment result as a probabilistic figure was presented.
