침입절도 범죄데이터 분석을 통한 도시형생활주택의 범죄취약요소 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 침입절도 범죄데이터 분석을 통한 도시형 생활주택의 범죄취약요소 분석이다. 최근 도시형 생활주택의 1~2인 소규모 가구 증가와 함께 주택 관련 침입범죄도 증가 추세이다. 아파트에 비해 다세대·다가구·원룸 등 도시형 생활주택은 범죄 발생에 취약한 환경이고 범죄불안감도 높은 것이 현실이다. 따라서 도시형 생활주택의 건축적 특징과 침입절도범의 행태 특성 등 선행연구 조사를 통해 절도범의 범행결정에 미치는 환경속성(Criteria)과 환경단서(Cue)를 정의하였다. 실제 침입절도 범죄데이터를 기반으로 20개 항목별로 범죄취약요소를 분석하였으며 환경속성(Criteria)과 환경단서(Cue)의 관련성도 확인할 수 있었다. 도출된 환경적 요소를 기반으로 도시형 생활주택을 계획하는 데 있어서 고려해야 할 범죄예방환경설계(CPTED) 요소를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze crime vulnerable spots in small scale multi-family housing through crime investigation records analysis. Recently, with the increase of small households of one or two people in small scale multi-family housing, related crimes are also increasing. However, it is a reality that small scale multi-family housing such as multi-family, villa, and one-room apartments are more vulnerable spots to crime and have higher crime anxiety than apartments. Environmental criteria and environmental cues have been defined on the burglary decision of the thieves through the investigation of the architectural characteristics and burglary investigation of small scale multi-family housing, and the crime vulnerable factors of 20 items based on the actual crime investigation records was analyzed, and the relationship between environmental criteria and environmental cues was also confirmed. Based on the environmental criteria, we proposed the elements of CPTED to be considered when planning small scale multi-family housing.
