국문 초록

본 연구는 시장매력도의 평가를 위한 복수기준 의사결정과정에 대하여 AHP모형과 그 일반형인 ANP모형을 적용하는 방법론 및 엑셀 스프레드시트(spreadsheet)기반의 실용적인 적용모형을 도출하도록 수행하였다. CAREC CIS국가들에 대해 시장의 질적 및 지표성과를 모두 포괄할 수 있도록 종합시장잠재력지표와 PESTLE요인들을 포괄할 수 있는 기준요인 클러스터와 하위요인들의 도출을 기초로 하는 의사결정 네트워크구조를 설정한 상황에서 요인평가를 위해 Delphi방법에 기초한 전문가 설문과 함께 ANP모형을 적용하였다. ANP모형의 분석결과는 AHP모형과 크게 다르지는 않았고, 시장매력도가 큰국가들은 카자흐스탄과 아제르바이잔으로 나타났다. 그리고 우리나라 기업들이많이 진출하고 있는 우즈베키스탄의 시장매력도는 지하자원 빈국이 키르기스스탄보다 낮게 나타났다. 이상과 같은 분석결과는 시장매력도 평가에 대한 포괄적인 접근법의 도출과 함께, 스프레드시트 기반의 AHP/ANP모형의 적용방법론을 제공하는 성과를 달성했다.

영문 초록

This paper identifies the principles, methodology, and algorithms of AHP/ANP models and derives the spreadsheet models for their applications to solve the multi-criteria decision making(MCDM) problems of market attractiveness assessment. We implement the PESTLE analysis and the opportunity-risk analysis about the entry conditions of CAREC CIS member countries and derive their respective relative importance of market potentials. We find that Kazakhstan becomes the best target market as the relative importance of the political, sociological, technological, legal and environmental(PSTLE) factors to the economic and financial(EF) factors is getting larger and the critical values is 0.318 in the case of ANP model and 1.3 in the case of AHP model respectively. Azerbaijan, however, becomes the most attractive market as the relative importance of the PSTLE factors is getting smaller extremely. Concludingly, this paper presents the practical, detailed, and soft computing procedures of the AHP/ANP supermatrix models.
