中國港口集裝箱效率分析

국문 초록

중국경제와 대위무역의 발전으로 컨테이너 운수업도 큰 발전을 가져왔다. 중국은 ”十二五” 기간 상해항구를 동북아국제해운의 중심으로 건설한다는 웅장한 목표를 제기했다. 국제항운센터는 항구의 고도집약의 산물로서 중국의 세계경제교류와 국제항운시장 경쟁에 참여하는 중추항구이다. 항운업발전의 기반시설인 컨테이너항구는 그 구성요소와 항구효율성의 평가는 중국이 항운자원 고도집약과 항운서비스기능의 보완 및 훌륭한 항운시장 환경의 국제항운센터 건설에 적극적인 영향을 미친다. 컨테이너항구 간의 치열한 경쟁과 중국항운발전의 수요에 따라, 본 연구는 우선 선행연구로부터 컨테이너 항구효율성평가지표를 도출하고, 중국통계연감, 중국항구통계연감 자료와 DEA기법을 사용하여 청도, 상해, 광주를 포함한 10개의 대표적인 컨테이너 항구에 대하여 실증연구를 하였다. 분석결과, 상해 항구의 효율성이 10개 항구 중 제일 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 상해항구가 동북아국제항운센터로 성장할 가능성이 높은 것으로 분석된다.

영문 초록

Recent years, the continuous development of China’s economy and foreign trade, container transportation has developed rapidly. In the “12th Five-Year Plan” of China, It was proposed that China would be the international shipping center in Northeast Asia. International shipping means highly intensive of port elements. As the infrastructure of ocean transportation, Chinese container ports should be evaluated from its constituent elements and effectiveness. In this paper, we built the indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of Chinese container ports. Data were be collected from China Statistical Yearbook and Yearbook of Chinese ports. There were 10 representative container ports were selected for the study, which including Qingdao, Shanghai, Guangzhou and etc. It was researched from three sides including Infrastructures(length of the berth, amount of berth), Regional Advantage(GDP, container ports throughput), basic conditions(the number of the shipping industry practitioners, Port investment) by DEA(Development Envelopment Analysis). As the result, Shanghai port was the top of the ports rank and Shenzhen port was second. It means that Construction of Shanghai International Shipping Center in North Asia is feasible. At last, proposals were given on strengthening of China’s container port construction, limitations and future research were listed too.
