조선의 대마도통치 전략과 일본과의 평화외교의 전략 고찰

국문 초록

본 논문은 한반도 고대국가 마한⋅백제와 신라⋅고려⋅조선의 부속영토로서 대마도를 <지방자치, 군사행동, 지도제작, 조세제도>관계에서 통치한 역사성을 연구하였다. 조선은 대마도를 현지호족인 종화전⋅대내전, 관반, 수직왜인 등에게 4품 벼슬고신으로 교지와 함께, 경상도 대마주태수를 임명하거나 또는 임시관리로 경차관을 파견하여 통치하였다. 조선은 지리적으로 험준한 대마도에 숨어들은 불량자⋅죄인⋅도적들이 삼남지방을 도적질하는 것을 무력으로 토벌하는 군사행동과 함께, 조세제도로서 행장세⋅어업세를 징수하였고, 대마도도주에게 조선입국을 허가하는 ≪문인≫자치권을 보장하면서 효율적으로 통치하였다. 즉, 조선은 대마도도주에게 일본인들의 조선입국허가서인 <행장>, <도서>, <서계> 등에 인장을 찍는 ≪문인≫권한을 주면서 일본인들의 입국을 통제하였다. 결국, 조선은 속령대마도를 통해서 일본세력과 정치⋅군사⋅문화⋅외교⋅기타 교류를 하면서 4백여 년간 평화우호관계를 형성하였으나, 일본은 산업화로 군사대국이 되면서 한일합방과 대동아전쟁을 자행하고 대마도를 자국영토로 편입하면서 <조일평화외교> 관계를 파괴시켰다. 본 논문은 경제사학적으로, 고려말⋅조선초의 대마도통치와 일본평화외교, 세종대왕의 대마도통치와 대일본국 평화외교, 조선의 대마도통치전략과 일본의 <조일평화외교> 파괴과정을 고찰하였다. 결론에서는 정책제언을 하였다.

영문 초록

This paper is an ancient country Mahan, Baekje, Silla of the Korean peninsula considered as parts of Daimado municipal territory to Joseon, military, mapping, taxation also studied the history of gender in relation to such a rule. We study the Daimado had ruled in parts of the country to the territory of Silla, Goryeo, Joseon, starting from the ancient country Baekje this paper. Joseon is always one of a number of Japanese political power and politics, military, culture, etc. For those who enter into trade and diplomatic tension on Joseon entry permit taking a to Daimado Governor «Moonin» to control the entry of the Japanese were giving. It was formed through Joseon peace and friendship between the political forces in Japan. However, as with the Japanese military-industrial countries were destroyed by the Japanese annexation of Korea and Greater East Asia War. In this paper, the economic historian, early Joseon government strategy Daimado, Japan and peace diplomacy strategy, Daimado reign of King Sejong peace diplomacy strategy and country strategy with Japan, was investigated destroy the peace process diplomacy with Japan and the Daimado reign of Joseon. The conclusion was a policy proposal.
