국문 초록

본 논문은, 2002년 WTO 가입으로 인한 중국의 대외환경변화를 고려하여, 중국 내 지역 간 무역구조의 공간적 패턴과 역내무역의 국내 지역 간 무역에 대한 영향을 분석하였다. 또한 “1997⋅2002⋅2007년 중국 8대 권역 간 산업연관표”를 이용하여 8대 권역 간 무역에 대한 공간적 집중도 변화와 무역구조의 무역유발계수, 요인분해분석, 감응도계수, 영향력계수, 그리고 무역승수를 분석하였다. 분석결과를 요약하면, 중국 내 무역류의 공간적 집중도는 3개 연도 기간 지속적으로 감소하는 추세를 보였으며, 이 중 유출형 공간집중도는 지속적으로집중되는 반면에 유입형⋅교환형⋅기타형은 2002-2007년 기간 모두 감소하였다. 8대 권역 간 무역구조의 유발계수분석 시, 각 권역의 역내무역으로 인해 야기되는 중국 국내무역의 연도별 평균유발효과가 지속적으로 증가하였으며, 요인분해분석 경우, 1997-2002년 기간 각 권역의 국내 총 유출에 대하여 역내무역의 변화요인에 과도하게 의존한 반면 2002-2007년 기간 국내교역구조가 크게개선됨을 나타낸다. 게다가 2002-2007년 기간 무역승수는 일부 몇몇 권역을 제외하고 모두 증가하여 WTO 가입 후 중국 내 시장일체화 수준의 향상과 내생적 비교우위의 향상을 위한 시장 환경이 구축되어 가고 있음을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is to investigate an spatial centralization of inter-regional trade flows and induced structure of intra and inter-regional trade among the eight zones in china, taking into account the impact of domestic trade structure change after joing the WTO. In this paper, the spatial gini index, trade induced coefficient, factor decomposition analysis, Sensitivity/Impact coefficient, Trade Multiplier is applied, using the inter regional input-output tables in the year of 1997, 2002, and 2007. The empirical results show that the ratio of the spatial centralization of interregional trade flows in the period of 1997-2007 is diminished to continue, indicating outflow index is more centralization. On the other hand, inflow⋅ exchange⋅others index is declined in 2002-2007 period. Second, trade induced coefficient where intra trade is set as exogenous variable, it is imply that domestic induced trade effect has consistently increased. Third, the decomposition analysis shows that total outflows of each region depends heavily on factors of change with respect to intra-regional trade in 1997-2002 period and the domestic trade structure among eight zones is improved during 2002-2007. And also, Trade multiplier estimate show that except a few zones, it is increased in 2002-2007 was more efficient with comparison to the past, indicating that domestic markets and Endogenous Comparative Advantage started to enhance complementary effect after having integrate into World Economic by joing in WTO.
