국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 시설경비의 현황 분석을 바탕으로 스마트 오피스 환경에서 시설경비 운영 방안을 제언하는 것이다. 이 연구는 관련 학술연구 및 연구보고서, 통계자료 분석을 통한 문헌연구방법과 국내에서 시설경비를 담당하고 있는 보안팀 운영사례분석의 연구방법으로 수행되었다. 연구결과, 1) 보안성을 갖춘 게이트와 스마트 보안장비의 도입, 출입관리 시스템의 운영으로 시설경비원의 활용; 2) 빌딩 센서 관리 감지기의 도입과 소방·시설 부분의 대처 능력을 갖춘 경비원의 확보; 3) 시설별 특색을 고려한 데이터 관리와 이를 활용한 전략적 순찰 로드맵을 구축해서 통합관제실 주도 하에 시설 내·외곽 순찰 실시; 4) 보안 전문인력의 채용을 통한 모의훈련의 계획·운영; 5) 고객 맞춤형 보안서비스, 보안컨설팅의 제공이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 이 연구의 한계 및 향후 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to suggest a plan for operating the facility cost in a smart office environment based on the current status of the operation of facility security. This study was carried out as a research method of literature research method through analysis of related academic research and research reports, statistical data, and an analysis of operational cases of the security team in charge of facility security in Korea. The result of the research shows that: 1) the use of security-provided gates and smart security equipment and operation of access control systems with security guards; 2) the use of building sensor management detectors and recruiting a security guards with the ability to cope with fire-fighting and facilities; 3) data management considering the characteristics of each facility and use of the strategic patrol road-map to carry out an internal and external patrol by the integrated control room; 4) plan and operate simulation training through recruitment of security experts; 5) provide customer-specific security services and security consulting. Finally, the limitations of this study and suggestions for future studies were discussed.
