중국과의 교육출판 교류 협력 방안 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 한국과 중국 조선족과의 교육출판의 교류 협력 방안을 모색하고자 했다. 이를 위해 먼저 한국과 중국의 교육출판 산업의 특징과 그동안의 교류 현황을 알아보았으며, 특히 중국 내에서도 연변 조선족 자치주를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 한국과 중국의 조선족 모두 저출산 현상 및 고령사회의 진입 등으로 인한 인구수 급감으로 교육 수요자가 감소하는 추세였으며, 본 연구는 이로 인해 파생된 여러 문제점들을 해결하기 위한 방안으로 다음과 같이 교육출판 교류 협력 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 주기적이고 장기적인 관점에서의 교육출판 교류가 이루어져야 하고 둘째, 교육적인 측면만 강조하는 교류가 아닌 교육문화를 발전시킬 수 있는 방향으로 설정되어야 하며 셋째, 교육출판의 교류가 단순한 지원에 그치지 않고 상호 간의 윈-윈이 바탕이 되는 협력점을 도출하는 데에 주력해야 하고 넷째, 창의성과 전문성을 요구하는 시대적 인재의 육성을 위해 한국의 선진 교육 체제를 중국 조선족에 알릴 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

This study aims to seek measures to promote exchanges and cooperation in educational publishing between Korea and China, particularly ethnic Koreans living in China. To do so, it examines the industry characteristics in both countries and the bilateral exchanges that have been going on in the past, particularly focusing on Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture. Both Koreans and ethnic Koreans living in China have seen decreasing demand for education due to a sharp drop in the population resulting from low birth rates and their entry into a super-aged society. Accordingly, this study suggests the following measures for exchanges and cooperation in the field of educational publishing as a way to resolve the problems that have arisen therefrom. First, the exchanges should be made on a regular basis with a long-term perspective. Second, they should be set up in a way that can develop the educational culture, rather than merely highlighting the educational aspect. Third, they should focus on building a win-win partnership instead of providing one-sided support. Lastly, it is necessary to promote Korea’s advanced education system to ethnic Koreans living in China in order to nurture talents who reflect the values in today’s society, such as creativity and expertise.
