극동러시아 연해주 우수리스크 지역 고려인 사회와 고려인문화센터에 관한 고찰

국문 초록

극동러시아는 1991년 소련 해체 이후 새롭게 변화하고 있다. 한반도의 새로운 성장 동력으로도 중요한 전략적 가치를 가진 극동러시아는 고려인이 거주하고 있는 곳이기도 하다. 고려인은 1800년대 한반도에서 러시아로 이주한 초기이주, 강제이주, 귀환이주의 역사를 통해 연해주에 거주하고 있다. 특히 연해주 우수리스크는 중앙아시아에서 귀환한 고려인의 집중 거주 지역으로, 북한사람과 한국사람 등 국적을 달리하는 한민족과 158개 소수민족이 함께 거주하고 있어 하나의 구심점을 중심으로 결집을 이루는 것이 중요해졌다. 지정학적, 상징적, 고려인과의 연대를 이루고자 하는 뜻을 지니고 2009년 10월 31일 고려인 이주 140주년을 기념해 연해주 우수리스크에 고려인문화센터가 개관하였다. 본 논문은 연해주 고려인의 이주의 역사, 연해주 지역의 연합회의 설립과 활동을 살펴봄으로써 연해주 우수리스크에 세워진 고려인문화센터의 활동과 역할에 대해 짚어보고자 한다. 그럼으로써 고려인문화센터가 가진 의미와 가치, 러시아 지역사회 및 고려인 커뮤니티에 어떠한 의미와 영향을 미치고 있는지와 거시적 차원에서 한ㆍ러 관계에 있어서 어떠한 과제를 제시하고 있는가를 탐색할 것이다.

영문 초록

Far Eastern Russia has been changing since the dismantling of the Soviet Union in 1991. Far East Russia, which has significant strategic value as a new growth engine for the Korean peninsula, is also a place where Koreans live. Koreans dwells in the Maritime Provinces through the history of early migration, forced migration, and return migration that migrated to Russia from the Korean peninsula in the 1800s. In particular, Ussuriysk of the Maritime Province is the concentrated residence area of korean s who returned from Central Asia. It is important that the Korean people living in North Korea and 158 Koreans with different nationalities and 158 ethnic minorities are living together, so that they can organize around one central point. On October 31, 2009, the Koreans Cultural Center was opened to celebrate the 140th anniversary of the relocation of the Korean people. The Koreans Cultural Center has a willingness to cooperate with geopolitical, symbolic and Goryeo people. This study examines the history of the migration of Korean Marines in the Maritime provinces. I would like to discuss the activities and roles of the Koreans Cultural Center, which was established at the Maritime. The significance and value of the Koreans Cultural Center and the implications for the Russian community and the Korean community are examined. And I will explore what kind of challenges it presents in the Korea-Russia relationship on the macro level.
