국문 초록

창업 의지는 기업가정신의 발현을 통해 고양되는 경우가 많으며, 기업가정신은 개인에게 직/간접적인 영향을 미치는 부모의심리적통제와 사회요구완벽주의의 영향을 받아 발현되는데, 내부요인으로서의 부모의심리적통제는 개인의 자기 결정적 행동과 능력에 직접적인 영향을 미치고, 외부요인으로서의 사회요구완벽주의는 사회변화추이에 따라 기대수준을 달리하며 간접적인 영향을 미친다. 특히 자녀에 대한 부모의 영향력이 강하고 공동체적 유대감을 강조하는 유교문화권의 한국적 정서 하에서, 기업가정신 발현에 영향을 미치는 개인의 심리적 동기 강화요인을 찾는 연구는 기업가정신 발현을 통한 창업생태계 구축에 필요한 정책수립에 중요한 시사점을 제공한다고 할 수 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 문헌 고찰을 바탕으로 부모의심리적통제와 사회요구완벽주의의 개념과 적용사례를 검토하고, 이를 토대로 자녀의 심리발달과정에 직접적인 영향을 끼치는 부모의심리적통제와, 한국 사회가 사회구성원에게 요구하는 가치관으로서의 사회요구완벽주의가 대학생의 실패부담감과 기업가정신에 미치는 영향을 검증하여, 창업활성화 정책 수립과 능동적인 창업생태계 구성을 위한 전략적 방향성을 제시하고자 한다.

영문 초록

The will to start a business is often enhanced by the manifestation of entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurship is influenced by the psychological control of parents and social demand perfection, which directly or indirectly affects the individual. Direct influence on self-deterministic behavior and ability of individual, social perfectionis m as external factors have different expectations and indirect effects according to social change trends. In particular, with the Korean sentiment of Confucian culture, which emphasizes the influence of parents on children and emphasizes community ties, research on finding factors to reinforce the psychological motivations of individuals that affect the expression of entrepreneurship is the policy needed to build an entrepreneurial ecosystem through the expression of entrepreneurship. It can provide important implications for establishment. Accordingly, this study examines the concept of the psychological control of parents and the perfection of social demand perfection based on a literature review, and based on this, parental psychological control that directly affects the psychological development process of children and Korean society. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of social demand perfectionism on the failure burden and entrepreneurship of university students as a value demanded by employees.
