중국정부지원이 중국기업의 對韓협력에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 중국기업의 한국기업과의 협력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고, 이들 요인이 중국 정부지원의 매개역할에 따라 어떤 영향을 받는지 분석하였다. 이를 위해 기술혁신역량, 네트워크역량, 한국기업에 대한 이미지, 기업에 대한 신뢰도, 중국 정부의 지원, 그리고 기업 간 협력의사를 연구대상 변수로 설정하였다. 이를 위해 중국 현지 217개 기업을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업 간 협력을 유발할 것으로 기대되는 요인들을 분석한 결과 기술혁신역량은 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 분석되었으며, 네트워크역량과 국가 이미지, 신뢰 등은 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 보였다. 바꿔 말하면 중국기업이 한국기업과의 협력 여부를 결정짓는 데 있어서 기술혁신역량보다는 비기술적 요인이 더욱 중요한 결정요인으로 작용한다는 것이다. 둘째, 중국정부지원의 매개효과를 분석한 결과 중국정부지원은 네트워크역량, 국가 이미지, 신뢰 세 변수에 대해 부분 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 분석되었다.

영문 초록

In this study, factors affecting Chinese companies cooperation with Korean companies were identified and how these factors differed depending on the support of the Chinese government was analyzed. To this end, innovation capabilities, network capabilities, the image of Korean businesses, credibility of businesses, support from the Chinese government, and inter-company cooperation were set as variables to be studied, and data from 217 companies in China were collected and analyzed. The main findings are as follows. First, an analysis of factors that are expected to cause inter-enterprise cooperation found that innovation capabilities were not statistically significant, and that network capabilities, national image and trust were statistically significant. In other words, non-technical factors serve as more important determinants than technological innovation capabilities in determining whether to cooperate with Korean companies. Second, the analysis of the mediation effect of Chinese government support showed that it has a partial mediation effect on the three variables of network capability, national image and trust
